Growth Hacker - AI Native (French fluent)

Remote ✓
P

Are you obsessed with turning insights into measurable growth? What if your experiments didn’t just lift conversions but shaped how millions of people grow, learn, and act on their potential? This isn’t another growth job. It’s the chance to define a new category : The EcoSystem for Human Greatness Augmented with AI, combining behavioral science, technology, and AI. We’re not looking for someone who only advises on what to test, we’re looking for someone who builds it. A hands-on Growth profile who can ideate, copy, design the strategy and launch experiments directly. Someone who speaks both data and persuasion fluently, and leverages AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed. And you deserve it because you are… • You're not "a marketer who runs campaigns." You're a builder. You see a funnel and your hands itch to ship a landing page, wire up an automation, and launch the test by Friday. You don't fear AI, you leverage it. Cursor, Claude, n8n/Make, prompt pipelines, AI-generated creatives… you treat AI as a team of interns that lets you do the work of five people. You'd rather ship a scrappy v1 today than a perfect plan next quarter. Bias to action is your default setting. You make decisions with data. You can read a cohort chart, smell a vanity metric, and tell the difference between a result and a coincidence. You've got 2–3 years under your belt, you're hungry, and you want to walk into a startup and crush it. Then this job might be for you! This is a full-time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubaï. French and English fluency is required. ABOUT PARADOX ------------------------------- WHAT WE DO At Paradox, we are convinced that greatness is trainable. That’s why we want to empower people at scale, by leveraging cutting edge technologies like AI, and crafting user experiences with outstanding aesthetics. We do that by merging : • Human Intelligence (coaches, peers, and mentors) • Structured Intelligence (protocols, mental models, rituals), • Technological Intelligence (AI personalization, feedback loops, adaptive journeys) To create one seamless ecosystem: Paradox OS. [https://app.ashbyhq.com/api/images/user-content/9f216e31-710a-4d14-8a7c-747665aa0e4a/a5283adb-7214-4086-803b-bfa99351ffa7/px_app_JD.png] OUR BELIEFS We believe self-help is broken. Most learning platforms are used the same way : consuming generic theories, getting quick highs, ending with no real change. At Paradox, we believe people deserve more. More than content. More than motivation. They deserve a system that knows them, one that adapts, challenges, and grows with them. We believe that every human learns differently, and that technology can do more than entertain or save time. It can translate insight into transformation, through AI personalization, lean experimentation, and deep psychological understanding. Because learning shouldn’t just make you feel inspired for a day, it should change how you live, think, and create. OUR VISION At Paradox, we want to re-invent how people grow. We do not build another course or coaching app but the Operating System for Greatness. Founded by David Laroche, a creator followed by over 2 million people and known for his interviews with icons like Tony Parker, Mike Horn, Richard Branson, and Gad Elmaleh, Paradox aims to build something that will live beyond any individual (including its founder), for decades to come. Our ambition is to compete with players like Mindvalley (150M ARR), but with a sharper vision, grounded protocols for achievers, people who want more for their life, refusing mediocrity. To do that, we bring together designers, tech, coaches, and filmmakers to create learning experiences that are cinematic, precise, and effective. We move fast, aim high, and hold ourselves to the standards of Apple, Spotify, and MasterClass. No fluff, focused on meaningful impact. While others hide their numbers, we want to let our results speak loudly for us. Get obsessed with transforming our clients’ lives and let those transformations be our marketing. And that’s where you come in. YOUR MISSION ------------------------------- Be the hands-on builder inside the Growth team. You take funnels apart, rebuild them to convert better, and ship the experiments yourself : copy, landing pages, automations, AI-assisted assets. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Build & ship experiments (CRO & A/B Testing) - You design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself : headlines, pricing, offers. You don't wait for a report, you dig into the data to find the winner. 2. Build funnels & assets (Hands-On) - You map funnels and build them: landing pages in Webflow, automations, tracking setup. You check the flows and make sure the machine works before anything scales. 3. Hunt friction - You proactively look for drop-off points in the user …

The role combines application engineering with infrastructure ownership: building services, APIs, automation and internal tools, while also running cloud infrastructure, deployments, observability and production operations. The ideal profile is a strong fullstack or backend engineer, preferably TypeScript-heavy, with hands-on depth in AWS, Infrastructure as Code, containers, networking, permissions, secrets and observability. With modern AI and LLM tooling, repetitive engineering, infrastructure, debugging and automation work can be accelerated dramatically. We expect someone who uses AI-native workflows to investigate in parallel, generate and validate infrastructure changes, and support teams with high-quality execution. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a builder who can move across the full delivery chain: application code, infrastructure code, deployment, runtime configuration and production troubleshooting. You should be someone who: • Builds application software and owns the infrastructure behind it • Uses AI as a default development and troubleshooting workflow • Cares about reliability, security, automation, observability and maintainability • Chooses simple solutions, owns outcomes, and verifies aggressively Your tasks • Fullstack Engineering: Build services, APIs, scripts, automation, internal tools and lightweight frontend functionality where useful, mainly in TypeScript • Infrastructure & Cloud Setup: Use IaC, ideally AWS CDK, to build pragmatic cloud patterns across containers, databases, queues, storage, networking, DNS, secrets and runtime configuration • ECS Fargate Operations: Deploy and troubleshoot ECS Fargate workloads, including task definitions, services, load balancers, IAM roles, logs, scaling and deployment behavior • Security, Observability & Troubleshooting: Handle IAM, least privilege, secrets, logs, metrics, alarms, failed deployments, configuration issues, networking problems and runtime incidents Your profile AI-Native Development & Operations • Hands-on use of Claude Code, Codex or similar advanced AI tools; Copilot-style autocomplete is not enough • Uses agents for development, infrastructure changes, debugging and operational investigation, while strongly reviewing and testing AI-generated code, scripts and configuration Fullstack / Software Engineering • Strong fullstack or backend engineering experience, especially with TypeScript; able to build production services, APIs, scripts, tools and automation • Comfortable across application code, infrastructure code, deployments and runtime systems, from problem clarification to production rollout Cloud, IaC & DevOps Operations • Strong IaC and AWS or similar cloud experience, ideally AWS CDK with TypeScript, across containers, ECS Fargate, networking, IAM, secrets, DNS, storage, databases, queues and runtime configuration • Strong observability, security and delivery judgment: logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, alarms, least privilege, deployment safety, pipeline permissions and safe developer access • Pragmatic production debugger with good judgment on scalability, availability, cost, security, operational trade-offs and clear English communication Good Fit You may be a good fit if you are a fullstack/backend or TypeScript engineer with strong AWS, IaC and DevOps experience; a DevOps/platform or SRE-minded engineer with real software engineering depth; or an AI-native builder using LLMs and agents daily for real development and infrastructure work. Not a Good Fit This role is probably not the right fit if you are mainly an infrastructure admin who avoids coding, a pipeline-only DevOps profile, a pure application developer with no cloud ownership, someone who only wants predefined tickets, or someone who does not actively use and validate AI-generated infrastructure, scripts and configuration. Your benefits • Work across AI-powered SaaS and cloud-native products, use modern AI tooling daily, and shape pragmatic infrastructure that helps teams ship faster and more safely • Collaboration in an empathetic, appreciative team with room to contribute ideas and take ownership • Individual development opportunities, structured onboarding, and interdisciplinary collaboration • Flexible working models including hybrid work, home office, and mobile working • A modern tech environment and agile ways of working • Additional benefits such as pension plans, health offers, and employee discounts I look forward to receiving your application Svenja Krüßel D-49835 Wietmarschen-Lohne Tel.: 0170-7888740 E-Mail: career@zvoove.com
