Hey, ich bin Yannic, Co-Founder von agencro, eine CRO- und Direct-Response-Agentur für E-Commerce-Brands: Advertorials, Landingpages, Online-Shops und Email für unsere Kunden - dazu mittlerweile auch einige eigene Projekte, für die wir auch selbst Paid Ads schalten. Wir arbeiten AI-first: AI übernimmt das Volumen, ein kleines Team mit Urteil und Geschmack dirigiert und veredelt. Kleines Remote-Team, kurze Wege, deine Arbeit geht schnell live. Wir gehen in die nächste Wachstimsstufe und dafür suchen wir eine zusätzliche Ebene zwischen Geschäftsführung und Tagesgeschäft: dich. Du gibst unseren Projekten die strategische Richtung, gibst Feedback, hältst die Qualität hoch und führst das Team fachlich. Aufgaben • Strategie: Angles und Marketing-Strategie pro Projekt entwickeln und Test-Roadmaps priorisieren - für Funnels, Seiten und Email genauso wie für Ads (Creative Strategy für unsere eigenen Paid-Kampagnen). • Team fachlich führen: unser Team aus Copy, Design, Video und Technik briefen, Feedback geben und Ergebnisse abnehmen. Du musst nicht jeden Prozess auswendig kennen - Marketingverständnis, gutes Feedback und klare Kommunikation zählen. • Copy schreiben: wenn es gebraucht wird, kannst du auch selbst schreiben - vor allem auf Deutsch, mit AI als Hebel. Nicht die Hauptaufgabe, aber fester Teil des Jobs: Entweder du briefst, oder du schreibst selbst. • Planung: Timelines und Prioritäten über die Projekte planen und einhalten. • Testing-System: Winning Ads und Funnels analysieren, Learnings dokumentieren, den Creative-Testing-Prozess laufend verbessern. • Sparring der Gründer: strategische Entscheidungen vorbereiten und mittragen. Qualifikation Woran wir Erfolg messen • Wir arbeiten mit klaren KPIs pro Projekt (Test-Win-Rate, Conversion-Ziele, geplanter Output) - die hältst du mit dem Team ein. • Qualität von Copy und Creatives steigt messbar. • Feedback und Kommunikation laufen strukturiert: das Team weiß, was gut ist und was fehlt. Wen wir NICHT suchen • Reine Berater, die seit Jahren nichts mehr selbst angefasst haben. • Buzzword-Marketer. Wir denken in Angles, Awareness-Stufen und Zahlen. • Feedback-Geber, die nur kommentieren, aber nicht vormachen können. • AI-Skeptiker. AI ist bei uns Umsetzungs-Hebel. Wen wir suchen • Nachweisbare Direct-Response-Erfolge (Funnels, Advertorials, VSLs, Ads), mit Zahlen belegt. • Marketingverständnis über den ganzen Funnel: von der Ad über die Landingpage bis zur Email. • Führungs- und Feedback-Stärke: klar, konkret, priorisiert - und kommunikativ stark. • Organisiert: du kannst zeitlich planen und Prioritäten über mehrere Projekte halten. • Du schreibst selbst gut, vor allem auf Deutsch. • AI-first: du nutzt AI täglich für Research, Varianten und Drafts. We work AI-first: AI produces the volume, a small team with real taste directs and finishes it. Small remote team, short paths, your work goes live fast. Our work runs on landing pages, advertorials, online shops and A/B tests. This role owns the technical side of that: you build and maintain what the team ships, and you bring AI into the daily workflow. We are not looking for a narrow specialist. What matters is broad tech and AI understanding - someone who can move across page builders, Shopify, code and AI tools and reliably get things live. Tasks • Build pages: landing pages, advertorials and funnels - in page builders (e.g. LanderLab) and directly in HTML/CSS/JS. • Shopify: theme edits, sections and storefront changes for our client shops and own brands - a core part of the job. • A/B tests: set up test variants cleanly and QA them before they go live. • Work AI-first: AI coding tools and LLM workflows are your default way of building - broad understanding beats memorized syntax. • Keep things running: bugs, small feature requests, technical QA - reliably and without drama.
