Fabulous is on the lookout for an experienced and innovative remote Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Design & Product team and help define a unique web and app experience for Fabulous. Reporting to the Chief Design Officer, you’ll work closely with fellow UX designers, talented illustrators and animators, storytellers, marketers and others on creating breathtaking visuals and interfaces. Designing at Fabulous means helping millions of our users around the world every single day. Ideally, you: • Create high-quality work that will delight our users, meet company objectives, and reinforces our brand • Collaborate with ease with Design, Product, and Development teams that are spread all across the world • Mentor junior-level UX designers and work with leadership to evolve our process, tools, and systems to ensure we’re creating great, consistent work • Write documentation and usage guidelines for components within the system • Stay up-to-date on the latest and greatest design principles and trends — and can translate them into exceptional work • Manage medium to large-scale projects independently • Thrive on feedback and effectively communicate your reasoning behind any chosen design approach Requirements • 5+ years in UX product design and experience working on native apps (primary) and web • Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution • Excellent design craft with an eye for detail and consistency • Expert level understanding of tools like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. • Total understanding of the differences between building Android and iOS experiences and always up-to-date with the latest movement of each platform design languages • Great communication and time management skills • Bonus (but not necessary): Illustration, Brand Identity Design, Motion Design, UX Copy Strategy skills Benefits About Us An award-winning health, wellness, & coaching company that creates apps which fall the top ten internationally. We’re looking for a nimble Senior iOS Developer who wants to see their code used by millions of people around the world. We are looking for an experienced Behavioral Economist / Growth Product Manager to join our Growth Team and build on the work we have done. Responsibilities Here are some of the challenges we are working on: • Developing experiments to reduce friction in the sharing of delightful moments • Designing experiments to measure the lift when presenting habit choices • Creating product experiments (on completion rate, habit adoption, etc) and measure the tradeoffs on successful actions Requirements • Steadfast focus on rapid experiment cycles for learning and prioritization on high growth areas • Prototype and offer design improvements, stemming from proven experience • Experience conducting user interviews and running pilots • Easiness with the technical aspect or willingness to learn. Join the AI revolution. We’re building an all-in-one AI platform to help teams do their best work and automate every routine task you can think of. We’re looking for problem-solvers to turn powerful AI into an easy, no-code tool for teams everywhere. Main Responsibilities • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to navigate ambiguity and shape solutions. Take initiative and help define what needs to be done. • Lead problem discovery, not just execute solution design. • Use continuous, lightweight discoveries, run rapid experiments, build prototypes, and validate design decisions before building. • Talk to users regularly through low-effort, AI-assisted research activities. Focus on what can be done with available resources and time. • Design AI-native experiences that create trust while accounting for AI hallucinations, latency, and model limitations. • Think system-first and ensure the product ecosystem feels coherent and consistent. • Balance speed and quality while shipping imperfect MVPs in small increments, continuously improving with user feedback while maintaining the long-term product vision. • Balance several tasks at once, prioritize activities effectively, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. • Share feedback, improve design patterns, and help scale the overall product experience. Core Requirements • Proven startup experience with an ability to adapt and drop rigid processes. • Experience designing AI-powered or complex systems, demonstrating a systems-thinking approach over isolated feature design. • Show clear communication with a proficiency in explaining trade-offs, constraints, and reasoning behind design decisions. • Capability to identify key assumptions in a product idea and validate them quickly through experiments, prototypes, or user insights. • Experience defining success metrics and using real product data to guide design iteration. • Hands-on experience with user research methods, analytics, usability testing, user interviews, or related UX research techniques. • Ability to drive the design process independently while remaining a highly collaborative team player. • Focus on both user problems and organizational outcomes, rather than just UI deliverables. • Basic technical understanding and familiarity with modern web technologies. • Highly curious about AI and how UX can make those systems understandable and trustworthy.
