10x revenue, recover #1 Google rankings, and run creative campaigns. $3,500-$4,000/month | Full-time | EST overlap We're HealthMerch, and we run Say It With A Condom - an e-commerce brand selling customized foil-wrapper condoms to health organizations, college campuses, and corporate buyers. Our customers include HIV organizations, sexual assault awareness groups, college women's health centers, Pride organizers, and brands promoting their business, product, service, or event. We run on Shopify with HubSpot as our CRM, and everything is drop-shipped. The site has generated orders organically for years, but we've never had a dedicated marketer on it. After a site migration, we're ready to turn the marketing engine back on. This role exists to own the marketing for Say It With A Condom and aggressively grow revenue - ideally 10x revenue in year one, profitably, ideally including getting back to #1 on Google. You'll turn the marketing engine back on, drive us back to the top of the rankings, and unlock the larger health-related and corporate buyer opportunities. This is a creative, autonomous role for someone who builds campaigns from scratch, not someone who runs another team's playbook. In this role, you will: Own marketing for the Say It With A Condom Shopify store, end-to-end Run SEO (including programmatic SEO) to recover top Google rankings Plan and execute outbound email campaigns to health organizations, HIV groups, and college campuses (women's health centers, sex centers) Build a marketing calendar around key dates - Pride (June), National HIV Testing Day, Sexual Assault Awareness Month, National Condom Week, World AIDS Day - and create campaigns around them Brief the creative director (once hired) on new condom designs tied to events and current news, using AI tools to rapidly generate concepts List new products on Shopify and manage the store day-to-day (light touch — no custom theme work) Manage relationships with existing external contractors (PPC team, SEO, PR) Identify and add a small number of complementary products (harm reduction supplies, safer-sex kits) Look for PR and media angles and pitch ideas when news cycles create opportunities This is a full-time role and you'll need 4-5 hours of crossover with EST. Requirements To be successful in this role, you need: Hands-on e-commerce marketing experience with demonstrable results Strong SEO skills - goal is to get back to #1 on Google Email marketing experience Ability to run creative campaigns end-to-end, not just execute someone else's plan Heavy, fluent use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to multiply output Comfort marketing condoms and sexual-health products; comfortable with the LGBT community and willing to push the needle on messaging Strong grasp of ICP - who we're selling to (health orgs, HIV orgs, college campuses, corporate/event buyers) and how to message them Brownie points for: Direct Shopify experience HubSpot experience (or equivalent CRM) Ability to manage or oversee a PPC relationship Klaviyo or similar email platform experience You're creative, hungry, and full of ideas - the kind of person who sees the product and immediately starts riffing on campaigns. You're warm, and high-energy in conversation. You're comfortable being a little cheeky and pushing the needle on sexual-health messaging. You're an autonomous self-starter who can own a marketing function and make it rain. The product and the niche genuinely excite you, not turn you off. You might lean a little younger or less experienced - that's fine if you bring a ton of ideas and energy. Benefits What’s in it for you? $3,500-$4,000 per month* (final offer depends on experience and fit) Full-time Fully remote 20 days of paid time off annually (7 U.S. company holidays + 13 earned PTO days) PTO Anniversary Bonus - 1 additional PTO day on each work anniversary, up to 5 additional days after five years *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor. This is our typical hiring process - occasionally, it may include extra steps. Client Senior Technical Developer

Remote ✓

Description The Opportunity We are hiring a highly execution-focused Senior Technical Developer (Contract) to own the technical and systems layer of an enterprise project controls platform. Our software replaces the messy spreadsheet-and-email toolchain that dominates megaproject oversight with a single production-live system serving major capital construction programs. Because our data directly informs client decisions worth millions of dollars, absolute data accuracy and system reliability are core table stakes. This role is ideal for an implementation partner with expert-level TypeScript and React fundamentals who wants to step directly into a production codebase and build out real-world ML/AI infrastructure (including fine-tuned LLMs and voice interactive pipelines)—not just wrap basic APIs. You will work directly with the founder in an environment completely free of ticket theater and management layers. • Work Model: Remote | Contract • Time Commitment: 25–40 hours / week • Timezone Requirement: EST/CST • Compensation: Open What You’ll Own • Act as the primary implementation partner working directly in a production codebase. • Own the building, engineering, and feature deployment of full-stack system features. • Design, implement, and submit clean Pull Requests (PRs) for review. • Build and maintain robust machine learning pipelines, covering training data preparation, fine-tuning scripts, and system evaluations. • Write complex raw PostgreSQL database schemas, queries (CTEs, window functions), and data migrations. • Develop, scale, and optimize high-throughput model inference steps and custom voice pipelines (STT/TTS). • Decompose feature briefs, propose structural technical architectures, and autonomously resolve backend production bugs. Requirements Experience • 3+ years of production experience with strict TypeScript/JavaScript (generics, type inference, discriminated unions). • Production React experience with clear ownership over shipping and maintaining real, live web applications. • Next.js App Router literacy , demonstrating deep familiarity with server vs. client components, middleware, and route handlers. • SQL Fluency with raw PostgreSQL ; you must have zero dependency on an ORM. • Python proficiency explicitly tied to data preparation, training, and evaluation for machine learning pipelines. • Strict Git workflow discipline , maintaining clean commits and structural code review habits. • Familiarity or deep learning trajectory inside ML infrastructure frameworks (personal projects, fine-tuning experiments, or coursework). Skills • Strong independent research skills to learn unfamiliar technical stacks and specialized domains without hand-holding. • Excellent written English communication skills for documentation, thorough code reviews, and technical notes. • High technical agency to fill the gaps given an ambiguous brief, proposing sensible fallback paths independently. • Meticulous attention to detail: you test your own edge cases and ensure work is right the first time. Nice-To-Have • Hands-on PyTorch and Hugging Face model fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA, Transformers library). • Voice/speech ML engineering background (STT, TTS, or end-to-end voice pipeline tuning). • GPU infrastructure management capabilities (self-hosted GPU servers, CUDA, resource monitoring). • Front-end data visualization expertise (Tailwind CSS, Radix unstyled primitives, complex dashboard trend charting). • Automated document report generation systems (PDF, Excel, Word exports). • DevOps exposure: Docker containerization, multi-stage builds, and automated CI/CD pipelines. • Prior domain exposure to capital construction, industrial software, or engineering project controls. Success Metrics Ramp-Up Milestones • Day 30: Local environment completely running, 5–8 production PRs successfully merged, full data tracing verified from the database to the UI, and basic domain familiarity achieved. • Day 60: Autonomously implementing core features, writing raw SQL migrations confidently, handling active production bugs, and launching initial LLM fine-tuning experiments. • Day 90: Decomposing broad feature briefs into standalone technical tasks, proposing architecture modifications, showing full-stack comfort, and actively contributing to voice AI and ML infrastructure pipelines. Benefits Why This Role Stands Out • Fully remote flexibility across global talent pools. • Direct impact on enterprise assets: Your code directly influences active capital construction programs worth millions of dollars. • Production ML experience: Opportunity to fine-tune LLMs, build real voice pipelines, and manage GPU inference server clusters on actual running systems, not simple demo tools. • Specialized domain depth: Gain high-value expertise in a specialized, multi-billion dollar industrial sector that most developers never get to touch. • Modern, zero-bloat stack: Build with fresh, current tools …

Practically, we work across three areas: • Analytics Engineering : Data modeling and transformations to build, maintain, and scale our analytics pipelines in dbt . Once an MVP is validated, we implement and improve it iteratively - with solid testing, data observability, and architecture that keeps tech debt manageable. • Applied Analytics : Data exploration, dashboard building in Omni, and ML model building. Share knowledge, and contribute to practices that help everyone grow. Speak up - we want you to shape the team's direction, cohesion, and mission. • Working autonomously. You'll manage your own projects and stakeholders. Clear, concise documentation is expected so future collaborators can build on your work. We embrace the age of AI. We use tools like Claude Code daily to write, review and ship code faster, while focusing our time on problem solving multiple projects in parallel. We are building out multiple entry points for our business stakeholders to interact with our data in natural language and believe this is the future of data work. You'll report to the Data Lead and be part of the Engineering team. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is comfortable working on high-load, distributed systems and making architectural decisions, not just implementing tasks. At MMDSmart, you will work on a CPaaS/CCaaS platform handling messaging and voice communication at scale. This is not a typical CRUD product: you’ll deal with real-time flows, external integrations, billing complexity, and systems where design mistakes surface quickly in production. You will be expected to take ownership from design to delivery and challenge assumptions when needed. Since 2007, MMDSmart has been a leading supplier in cloud-based business communications , delivering game-changing IT products to businesses in over 100 countries. Our success is fueled by the inspiration and innovative ideas of our team members, encouraging their growth and impacting our Messaging and Voice solutions . These empower our clients to communicate more effectively with their customers. Don’t miss this chance to excel in a rapidly expanding tech company, where your potential and ambitions are not just recognized, but celebrated. Requirements What will you do at MMDSmart? • Design and implement new platform capabilities across backend and frontend (not just “features” but system-level improvements); • Contribute to architecture decisions in a microservices environment (Go-based services, event-driven patterns, APIs); • Build and evolve React-based interfaces used by enterprise customers and internal teams; • Work on integrations with external vendors (messaging providers, voice, billing systems); • Investigate production issues in a high-scale environment and drive them to resolution—not just patch them; • Participate in technical discussions, trade-off analysis, and system design reviews; • Occasionally lead initiatives or own a domain end-to-end. You are a perfect match if you have: • 4+ years of real production experience as a Full Stack Engineer; • Strong backend expertise with Go (3+ years), not just syntax, but concurrency, performance, and system design; • Solid frontend experience with React + TypeScript (2+ years); • Experience building or maintaining distributed systems / microservices; • Good understanding of data modeling (SQL + NoSQL) and when to use each; • Ability to debug complex issues across services (not limited to your own code); • Comfortable working in an environment where requirements evolve and not everything is predefined. Will be a plus: • Experience with real-time systems, messaging, or telecom domains; • Familiarity with event streaming (Kafka or similar); • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred); • Exposure to billing systems or high-throughput APIs. What you get: • Work on systems that actually operate at scale and have real business impact; • A team where senior engineers are expected to influence architecture, not just execute; • Remote work. Benefits Why do talents choose and stay at MMDSmart? Embrace the opportunity to work in a company that cares about: Your Wellness: Access to mental health programs, comprehensive medical insurance, and a sports card*. Your Happiness: Enjoy the company of cool teammates, a friendly atmosphere, a strong mentorship, and a variety of bonuses & corporate gifts. Site Reliability Engineer

What do we do? Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better. We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 6000 software sellers in 245 territories globally. The Role: As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll be helping to drive our product and engineering department forward, ensuring reliability on different parts of the Paddle platform and helping our Engineers to work better and more efficiently. Paddle SRE team’s role is “Everything SRE”, with a focus on infrastructure, reliability standards, and practices. The SRE team is part of the Platform function. By following this model: • It’s easy to spot patterns and draw similarities between services and projects. • We act as a glue between disparate product teams, creating solutions out of distinct pieces of software. • Enable product engineers to use DevOps practices to maintain user-facing products without divergence in practice across the business. • Define production standards as code and work to smooth out any sharp edges to greatly simplify things for the product engineers running their services. You are empowered to use the right tech for the job. You’ll have the freedom to input into what technology and tooling are used and educate the rest of your colleagues accordingly. As an SRE, we want you to be a driving force of improving and automating how our product teams develop software at all stages of its lifecycle, which we strive to achieve with strong collaboration and communication with our fellow engineers. Tech Stack: • Go for our new services • PHP Laravel for our Classic system • Aurora MySQL and PostgreSQL for persistent data storage • Docker in production and local development • AWS ECS Fargate for our runtime • AWS SQS for asynchronous message queues • AWS EventBridge for our event bus • Redis for key/value store • Terraform for resource management • Honeycomb, SLOs and OpenTelemetry for our observability needs • Cloudflare for our firewall and DNS server What you'll do: • Develop and maintain tools to maximise engineering efficiency; such as but not limited to automating deployment infrastructure and database upgrades • Seek out processes that can be improved with automation and have internal Developer Experience as a main driver. Collaborate and enable engineers to do their jobs more efficiently, working with other engineers on a regular basis • Create, maintain and test our system disaster recovery process, including tooling to automate the process • You’ll be able to choose from a selection of AI tools to support day-to-day work (e.g. code generation, investigation, automation, and documentation), and we’ll back sensible experimentation with the right guardrails. • Handle production incidents, author blameless postmortems and enrich operational playbooks and runbooks • Monitoring, alerting, and SLO tracking; hands-on SRE work, not just DevOps-style monitoring • Run performance investigations (load testing, bottleneck analysis) and drive tuning across apps, data stores and AWS. • Own cost optimisation workstreams: right-sizing, autoscaling policies, workload scheduling, storage tiering, and identifying waste across ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, SQS and observability. • Be an advocate of the GitOps methodology We'd love to hear from you if you: • A software development background, with experience shipping and operating production services, plus strong fundamentals in testing, code review, CI/CD, and debugging. • Have experience working across the AWS ecosystem, partnering closely with AWS Solution Architects and subject-matter experts to design, review, and operate production systems • A curiosity about AI and how it’s reshaping software development. • Collaborative, security-minded, and detail-oriented. We move quickly, so you’ll thrive if you enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing things the right way. • Knowledge of platform and ops concepts such as networking and Linux administration • Experience working with microservices and distributed systems at scale • Experience with monitoring tools: we use Opentelemetry, Honeycomb, Grafana, Pingdom and Incident.io Everyone is welcome at Paddle At Paddle, we’re committed to removing invisible barriers, both for our customers and within our own teams. We recognise and celebrate that every Paddler is unique and we welcome every individual perspective. As an inclusive employer we don’t care if, or where, you studied, what you look like or where you’re from. We’re more interested in your craft, curiosity, passion for …
