What your role will be

As a Working Student / Intern – Business Development & Strategy at Timeless, you will support the steering and delivery of strategic projects that shape the future of our collectible asset business.
You will work closely with our founders and senior management to structure complex questions, analyze data, and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations.
Your focus will be on comprehensive market and competitor research, preparing high-impact decision materials, and helping drive strategic initiatives from concept through to execution.
This role is ideal for someone with sharp analytical thinking, a highly structured way of working, and a genuine interest in alternative assets, collectibles, and modern technology. You will work at the intersection of finance, tech, and creative markets, gaining direct exposure to strategic decision-making and experiencing first-hand how a leading platform scales.

What we want to see in you

  • You are studying or have a background in business, management or a related field, preferably at a top-tier university.
  • You think analytically, work in a structured way and move things forward independently.
  • You produce sharp, well-argued analyses and presentations that get to the point.
  • You use AI tools and modern technology as a matter of course, to work faster and better.
  • You have a solid understanding of, or genuine interest in, collectibles as an asset class.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English.
  • Ideally, you are based in or around Berlin.
