Your mission
Location: Berlin (Hybrid Possible)
Duration: 3-6 Months
Position Type: Voluntary Internship (Unpaid)
About Us:
Tree Logistics is a growing logistics company working closely with Amazon. We are looking for motivated interns (m/f/d) to join our team and support us in technology, logistics, automation, and process improvement .
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement AI and automation solutions for processes
- Optimize internal workflows through performance projects with department heads (Dispatching, Fleet, Recruiting, HR, etc.)
- Assist in the recruiting process (process optimization)
- Analyze existing processes and implement efficiency improvements
Your profile
You are at least in the 3rd semester of your studies
Experience in process improvement is required
Knowledge of AI, automation & technology is a plus
Strong analytical skills & ability to work independently
Team-oriented, communicative & motivated
You live in Berlin (Hybrid work possible)
