This team acts as a 2nd line technical support team, working closely with Customer Services, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, Platform Operations, Network Operations, and NOC teams to investigate and resolve customer-impacting system and platform issues.

You will support the investigation of customer incidents, provisioning failures, and operational issues affecting core platforms and services. This is a hands-on learning role for someone who wants to build practical experience in production systems, incident management, troubleshooting, service assurance, and operational support.

About the Role

  • Support the investigation and troubleshooting of customer complaints related to service provisioning, subscriber configuration, and customer-facing platform issues.
  • Assist the Systems Operations team with daily case handling, operational monitoring, and incident follow-up across production systems.
  • Help investigate provisioning failures, activation issues, service configuration mismatches, and customer-impacting platform incidents.
  • Learn and support the use of operational tools and customer-facing service management platforms to validate, troubleshoot, and resolve provisioning and configuration issues.
  • Escalate complex or high-impact issues to senior engineers, Engineering, Product, vendors, or other operational teams with clear technical findings and supporting evidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, troubleshooting activities, provisioning actions, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
  • Support incident response activities, including impact assessment, service restoration, operational updates, and post-incident documentation.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis by collecting logs, provisioning records, system outputs, API responses, and operational evidence.
  • Help ensure customer-impacting issues are handled in line with SLAs, operational KPIs, and service assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with Customer Services, Customer Success Managers, Engineering, Product, Network Operations, Platform Operations, and other operational teams to ensure reliable service delivery.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, provisioning procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Share learnings and best practices with the team to improve operational efficiency, service reliability, and operational consistency.
