Your mission
Salut și bun venit la Sungrow! As our Service Operations Specialist, you will help keep the daily engine of our European service organization running smoothly. Your work will connect teams, systems, customers, and processes to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate operational activities related to service requests, contracts, work orders, and customer cases.
- Maintain accurate service data in relevant systems and support timely updates across internal stakeholders.
- Track service milestones, contract dates, invoicing triggers, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and identify data trends, delays, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the handover of projects into service and help maintain complete project and service archives.
- Collaborate with Service Managers, Field Service, Remote O&M, Finance, Logistics, and Sales teams across Europe.
Your profile

- Degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Initial experience in service operations, customer service, project coordination, logistics, or contract administration.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Confidence using MS Office, especially Excel, with experience in CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems as a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset in an international environment.
- English C1; Romanian B2 or higher is a plus, and additional European languages are welcome.
