Your mission

The Global Creative Studio is the creative engine behind all internal and external brand communications spanning 360° marketing campaigns, product launches, performance ads and brand storytelling.

We are seeking a Senior Creative Copywriter (Native German) to join our cross-functional team of designers, 3D artists, and AI-savvy art directors. In this role, you will define the voice of Bitpanda across our different markets and translate complex financial concepts into bold, clear, and high-converting creative concepts.

What you'll do

• Own and Lead the Brand Voice: Lead copy strategy and conceptual execution across all channels for our primary DACH audience, ensuring localized resonance, nuance, and impact.
• 360° Campaign Ideation: Partner directly with Art Directors, 3D Artists, and Designers to conceptualize integrated campaigns: from high-level campaign hooks and video scripts to OOH, landing pages, and performance ads.
• Translate Complexity into Simplicity: Demystify crypto, stocks, ETFs, and digital assets into engaging, accessible, and compliant copy without losing the creative edge.
• Leverage AI & Modern Workflows: Work alongside an AI-integrated studio team, using modern tools and LLMs to accelerate ideation, test messaging variations, and optimize copy workflows.
• Maintain Consistency & Scale: Develop and maintain Bitpanda’s German tone-of-voice guidelines across external campaigns and internal communications.

Who you are

• Native-Level German & Business-Fluent English: Exceptional command of written and spoken German (idiomatic, culturally current, and precise), with high proficiency in English as our global company language.
• 3+ Years of Creative Agency or Brand Experience: Proven track record at a top advertising/creative agency or a high-growth tech/fintech brand, managing multi-channel campaigns.
• 360° Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing conceptual campaign work, short-form copy (OOH, social, performance ads), long-form narrative (video scripts, editorial), and clear brand messaging.
• Tech & AI Curiosity: Familiarity with AI tools and an eager, collaborative attitude toward evolving creative workflows.
• Understanding of Financial Tech: Passion for or familiarity with fintech, crypto, trading, or modern finance is a strong plus.
