Job description

Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company whose brands have been operating in over 220 source markets since 2010. We specialize in developing advanced online booking platforms for all types of clients — from individual tourists to travel agents and companies organizing business trips. Our solutions empower hoteliers to effortlessly showcase their accommodations, boosting visibility and attracting a broader audience.

Our mission is to create, distribute, and operate the most convenient travel products. We constantly innovate and break the rules of the highly complex travel industry to make travel more widely available for individuals, more rewarding for professionals, and simpler for everyone.

As an ABM Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our account-based marketing strategies, orchestrating target account campaigns, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to accelerate growth.

This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in “country”.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain target account and contact lists from internal CRM (HubSpot) and external sources (Apollo.io and similar); ensure data quality, deduplication and GDPR-compliant contact handling;
  • Set tasks and requirements for automating AI-based ICP checks and data enrichment;
  • Operate account scoring and route accounts into two tracks: high potential to Sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn automation), low potential to marketing automation (email sequences, external call centres, LinkedIn outreach);
  • Manage the workflow with regional sales teams: hand-offs, follow-up SLAs, lead quality feedback, regular syncs;
  • Control ABM funnel metrics from sourced account to partner activation; brief the Analytics team and verify delivery;
  • Produce transparent progress reports for C-level: slide decks, Gantt charts, status vs plan, risks and decisions needed.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience. 3+ years in B2B marketing operations, demand generation, ABM, RevOps or sales operations;
  • End-to-End Execution . At least one outbound or ABM programme run end to end, from list building to sales hand-off;
  • Project Management. Proven project management across several teams, with timelines, dependencies and reporting to senior management;
  • Tooling & Tech Stack. Hands-on HubSpot (or comparable CRM) and prospecting/enrichment tools: Apollo, Clay, GetSales, ZoomInfo or similar;
  • AI & Automation. Practical use of AI/LLM tools for enrichment, qualification or workflow automation; able to write a precise task for technical teams (coding not required);
  • Funnel & Scoring Knowledge. Understanding of account/lead scoring and the B2B sales funnel;
  • Data Literacy . Reads funnel reports, spots inconsistencies, formulates clear requests to analysts;
  • Presentation Skills. Strong presentation skills: executive decks and Gantt charts;
  • Language. Fluent English, other languages are a plus.;
  • Compliance. Basic knowledge of GDPR rules for outreach.

NOTE: ONLY CVs IN ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED

Benefits

  • Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely;
  • Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together;
  • Be at the forefront of regulatory changes in the e-invoicing space;
  • Make a real impact on process efficiency and compliance;
  • Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities;
  • Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences;
  • Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world;
  • Corporate prices on hotels and travel services;
  • MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
