Job description
We believe in the power of process and its potential to unlock growth in teams everywhere.
Who we are
Process Street is an AI software and compliance operations platform startup from San Francisco. We help our customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Our platform automates the work, enforces the standards, and proves compliance so our global customers can run their businesses. We service over 3k customers around the world, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian.
Our Mission
To make work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere.
Our culture
Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative remote culture. We value flexibility because many of us are parents, travelers, or just creatives who aren't inspired by the construct of a mundane 9-to-5. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections are what make teams strong, so we regularly do coffee chats, game-playing, story-telling, and more, to build strong relationships.
If you're entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility we look forward to meeting you!
The Opportunity
Dash is a managed AI teammate for small teams, built by Process Street. It picks up the recurring work that falls between people — the follow-ups, the handoffs, the things everyone assumes someone else did — and does it in Slack or Microsoft Teams, checking with a human before anything goes out.
Dash is new, and most of the people who'd love it haven't heard of it yet. Your job is to change that, and to turn the attention you create into pipeline.
This is demand creation, not demand capture, and the distinction shapes everything. There's no proven channel to scale, no playbook to inherit, and no installed base to build referral or expansion programs on. Every source of growth has to be invented and proven before anyone can optimize it.
The role has four connected parts: create attention, produce the content that sustains it, convert it into pipeline, and keep finding the next advantage. They're one job. The campaigns only work because there's a content engine behind them, the content only compounds because there's a conversion engine in front of it, and none of it holds for long without constant experimentation.
Dash runs like a startup inside a funded one. Process Street has investors behind it. Dash has a small team, its own budget, and has to earn its next dollar — which is exactly why this role exists. Budget won't be the lever that makes a campaign succeed. Creativity, timing, partnerships, and earned attention will be. We want someone whose instinct is to manufacture reach rather than purchase it, and who treats a small budget as a design constraint rather than an obstacle. The same discipline applies to the direct marketing engine: spend should be deliberate, measured, and defensible against the pipeline it produces.
You'll have real leverage behind you. Much of our content, research, and distribution runs on an automated production layer, so one person here can put far more into market than they could at a company doing this by hand. You won't be limited by how much you can produce. You'll be limited by what you decide is worth making — and whether it's good enough to ship, backed by a system that moves as fast as you think.
What You'll Do
- Run stunts that earn attention. Conceive and execute the kind of campaign people stop for and share. This is a distinct craft, and we're hiring for it deliberately.
- Build launch moments. Time the creative, the paid push, and partner distribution to land together. One well-built moment is worth more than months of steady output.
- Build creative partnerships. Source, negotiate, and close deals with creators, communities, and complementary brands, including working out what makes each one worth their while.
- Invent channels, online and off. Prove new routes to an audience that doesn't know us yet, using events and activations as part of an integrated campaign, and be as quick to abandon what doesn't work as to pursue what does.
- Own the content calendar and the output. We publish at high volume across search, video, social, and community. You own what gets made, when it ships, and whether it's good enough.
- Direct the automated production layer. Brief the agents, review what comes back, correct what's wrong, and extend the system into new formats and channels. Make modern content — short-form video, images, ads, and written work — at a pace that only works if you use AI as a genuine force multiplier.
- Own discovery in both directions. Traditional search optimization and AI-assisted discovery, where a growing share of buyers now form their shortlist. Work the conversation through community and reply marketing where our audience already is, kept human rather than automated into noise. …
