About the Role : we are partnering with a leading AI lab to hire junior software engineers from top companies. You'll evaluate AI-generated code, create challenging engineering problems, and help push model performance on real-world software tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 3 years
- Based in an English-speaking country
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing
