(Junior) Fulfillment Coordinator (f/m/d)

For our Operations Team, we are looking for a  (Junior) Fulfillment Coordinator (f/m/d ) who makes sure our daily fulfillment operations run smoothly and reliably.

In this role, you are close to the day-to-day operation behind every box we ship. You coordinate with our external fulfillment centres, monitor operational performance, follow up on issues, and make sure our products are stored, picked, packed, and dispatched correctly and on time.

This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys getting things done, keeping track of details, and solving problems quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Your responsibilities

• You coordinate our day-to-day fulfillment operations across our fulfillment centres, from inbound to outbound dispatch.
• You work closely with our 3PL and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth and reliable daily operations.
• You monitor key fulfillment KPIs such as Fulfilled on Time (FoT), accuracy, quality, and cost per box.
• You identify operational issues, coordinate solutions, and follow up to make sure they are resolved.
• You support operational roll-outs, including new packaging formats, processes, and fulfillment centre onboarding.
• You collaborate with internal teams including Customer Care, Upstream, Quality & Safety, Product, and Tech to keep fulfillment running smoothly.

What you bring

• You have 1-3 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a similar operational role.
• You have worked with fulfillment centres, warehouses, or 3PL partners before.
• You are highly organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple operational topics at once.
• You have a hands-on mindset and enjoy solving day-to-day operational problems.
• You are comfortable working with operational data, KPIs, and Excel or Google Sheets.
• You communicate proactively, work well with different stakeholders, and are fluent in German with professional working proficiency in English.
