Your mission

We offer a 6-month unpaid internship in our Berlin office for university students studying fields relevant to KAYA’s work.
The internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience, apply academic knowledge to real projects, and learn about the development and implementation of nature-based solutions in an international working environment.

Your responsibilities

Depending on your background and KAYA’s current projects, you may support our team with:

  • Research related to forestry, natureconservationand restoration
  • Research and analysis of environmental and ecological topics
  • Support for nature-based solutions and climate projects
  • GIS, remotesensingor spatial data analysis
  • Data collection,processingand documentation
  • Preparation of reports,presentationsand project materials
  • Support with project development and feasibility assessments
  • Other tasks related to KAYA’s ongoing projects and areas of expertise

The exact responsibilities will depend on your academic background, skills, and the projects available during your internship.
