Job description
JOIN THE TEAM BUILDING AN AI-FIRST COMPANY
Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next.
AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas.
If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.
Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles https://www.hostinger.com/principles.
YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER
Building a product is only the beginning. Customers need to understand its value, get their first result, and find reasons to keep using it. As our Head of Product Growth, you’ll make that journey work better across Hostinger’s products.
You’ll own the product growth strategy from onboarding and activation through engagement, retention, and monetization. Your goal is to help customers build, manage, and grow their businesses while increasing their long-term value to Hostinger.
You’ll work alongside product leads, engineering managers, developers, lifecycle specialists, and designers to turn customer insights into working improvements. This means identifying where customers struggle, choosing which problems matter most, and moving quickly from an idea to a prototype, an experiment, and a measurable result.
We’re looking for a product builder with strong commercial judgment—someone who can grow revenue by helping customers succeed, recognize when an upsell adds value, and know when fixing the experience should come first.
Have you built products or experiences that measurably improved activation, retention, or customer value? Can you build and lead a team that learns quickly and delivers consistently? We’d love to hear what you changed, why you chose it, and the results you achieved.
Curious to learn more? Connect with the hiring manager: Saulius Lazaravičius, Chief Product Officer https://www.linkedin.com/in/sauliuslazaravicius/
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Own the product growth vision, strategy, and roadmap across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Help customers quickly understand our products and achieve their first meaningful result. Identify and remove friction in onboarding and setup.
- Improve the experience beyond initial setup, making it easier for customers to return, continue their work, and get lasting value.
- Improve how our products connect and work together. Help customers discover relevant products and upgrades when they address a real need.
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and cohort performance to understand what drives retention, churn, and customer value. Use these insights to guide priorities across teams.
- Design and run experiments with clear success metrics and guardrails. Distinguish short-term conversion gains from improvements in long-term customer value.
- Work closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, pricing, and customer-facing teams to deliver improvements quickly and effectively.
- Use AI to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, and experimentation, and help your team improve how it works.
- Hire, lead, and develop a team that combines analytical thinking, product judgment, and hands-on execution.
YOUR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE
- A track record of improving activation, retention, and monetization in subscription products serving consumers or small businesses at scale.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior across the full product lifecycle, from first use to renewal and expansion.
- Experience turning customer insights into product improvements, from discovery and prototyping through delivery and measurement.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and metrics such as retention, churn, and LTV.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance customer experience, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams and aligning priorities across product areas.
- A technical background or substantial experience working closely with engineering teams, alongside practical experience using AI in your work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to build, test, and get into the details.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
