Join Transcom as a Google Workspace & Enterprise AI Platform Owner!

Be part of our Google Workplace & Platform Engineering team and take end-to-end ownership of Google Workspace and Google Gemini Enterprise across Transcom . In this role, you'll combine technical platform expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring our platforms are secure, reliable and continuously evolving. You'll translate new technology capabilities into practical business solutions while helping teams get the most from Google Workspace and Enterprise AI.

I n this role, you will:

• Own the strategic roadmap, governance, lifecycle management, licensing and feature deployment for Google Workspace
• Take hands-on responsibility for the day-to-day administration of Gemini Enterprise, including data stores, connectors, schema mapping and indexing
• Translate complex platform capabilities and technical constraints into clear, accessible solutions for business stakeholders and senior leadership
• Create and deliver training materials, user guides and communications that support adoption of Workspace and Gemini Enterprise
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to understand requirements, prioritise opportunities and build governance consensus
• Provide direct support and enablement to end users and business teams, acting as a key service and adoption lead
• Monitor platform health, audit logs, security posture and reliability metrics, acting as the key escalation point with Google support
• Work closely with IT, Information Security, Legal, Compliance and global business teams to ensure effective platform governance
• Create and maintain governance documentation, including RACI matrices, security and usage policies and connector reference materials
• Continuously explore new capabilities across Workspace and Enterprise AI and identify opportunities to improve productivity and business outcomes

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Practical experience with Google Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI Search or a comparable enterprise AI platform
• Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace
• Practical knowledge of enterprise connectors and basic scripting or automation tools such as Apps Script or Python
• Understanding of data governance, access controls, security and privacy principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Innovative and curious approach to emerging technology and enterprise AI
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate platform capabilities into practical business solutions
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at C1/C2 level
• Strong influencing skills and the confidence to work across IT, Security, Legal and business teams (optional)
• Strong ownership and accountability, balancing long-term platform strategy with hands-on technical execution (optional)
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Console, including IAM, BigQuery and Cloud Storage (optional)
