About the Role

Playson is a leading online gaming supplier with worldwide recognition which was founded in 2012. We offer complete gaming solutions based on the latest technologies and detailed market analysis for the leading iGaming operators. We are looking for a Senior Content Manager. You’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative team that plays a key role in ensuring successful releases. No micromanagement, no endless bureaucracy, just meaningful creative work, ownership, and reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling and accurate texts for game previews and game rules in English.
• Implement the rules for the game clients.
• Work with structured file types (XML/JSON) to implement visual and textual content elements in a product.
• Oversee translation of the game rules and documentation through platforms like Crowdin, ensuring consistency and adherence to layout and character limitations.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional development team to polish and verify in-game content.
• Plan and manage content delivery according to game development milestones and market launch schedules.
• Create documentation that is compliant with market requirements and international legal regulations.
• Create names for games, game families, and built-in features, and review their accessibility by researching market trends and trademark databases.

Requirements

• iGaming experience, with a strong grasp of game mechanics and player engagement loops in slots or casino-style products.
• Organisational strength - tracking feedback, syncing with multiple stakeholders, and keeping documents and content tidy.
• Logical and structured thinking with the skill to organise information in a concise and easy-to-understand way.
• Ability to simplify complex mechanics into engaging, digestible explanations for a non-technical audience.
• Strong written English - grammar perfect, typo-averse, and able to write both crisply and cleverly.
• Experience producing user-friendly content for product and marketing use (UI description, previews, help info, or launch comms).
• A mind for naming - capable of creating titles, features, and hooks that feel fresh, bold, and aligned with the product.
• Comfort working with text files and structured formats (XML/JSON).
• Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude), with the ability to critically evaluate their output and apply it appropriately.
• Proactive, reliable, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and the flexibility to respond to changing priorities, resolve issues quickly, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, maintain clear communication throughout the game development process, and reliably deliver work on time.

Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to slot mechanics, mobile games, or casino-style content.
• Basic proficiency with Photoshop - navigating layers, updating fonts, and exporting polished visuals
• Familiarity with Crowdin or similar translation/localisation management platforms.
• Experience working in IDEs (e.g., VSCode, WebStorm, Cursor) for light content verification or JSON editing.
