Consultant / Delivery Lead (m/f/d)

Why we are looking for support

As a consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring business objectives are met with high-quality solutions. You will guide the team through each step of the delivery process, from discovery to rollout, while maintaining a strategic focus on delivering business value. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, managing requirements, and ensuring the final product aligns with the overall business strategy. This will require a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of the technological landscape.

Your tasks

Strategy & Planning:

• Ensure the project team's priorities are clear and aligned with business goals.
• Own the requirements pipeline.
• Define and manage the release scope in collaboration with the development team.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Effectively communicate requirements and act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Work closely with QA to ensure a high-quality product delivery meeting business needs.

Technical Expertise & Delivery:

• Advocate for the solution vision and ensure the team understands its importance.
• Understand the technology we use, the architectural design and its trade-offs, and how our solution fits into the bigger picture.
• Understand the value of new features and their cost to drive conversations on ROI.
• Ensure User Stories meet the Definition of Ready and work with Solution Architects to add technical details.
• Manage and track the development team's workload, monitor performance using relevant KPIs, and ensure effective delivery.

Project Ownership:

• Implement Peak&Peak project delivery methodologies to ensure optimal collaboration with the client
• Have a full understanding of the project scope, business value, sprint backlog, and product roadmap.
• Use your knowledge and judgment to make decisions that contribute to the product's success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry.
• Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 2 years.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and a mind designed for problem-solving.
• Capable of working in a remote team.
• Experience in Salesforce would be a benefit
• English language skill is a must.
• Language skills are considered a plus.
