Brand and Communications Lead (m/f/d)

Your mission

As our Brand & Communications Lead, you will own how Matrix42 shows up in the market. You will shape our brand narrative, external communications and market visibility, helping us build a brand that customers trust, remember and choose. Your work will strengthen our distinctive presence in Germany and support our growth across European markets.

• Define and evolve Matrix42's positioning, brand narrative, messaging framework and voice.
• Drive thought leadership, media and corporate communications, as well as executive messaging.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling and customer-focused stories.
• Guide key campaigns and content across messaging, tone, storytelling and brand expression, raising the quality bar across the organization.
• Act as a trusted brand expert and advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring brand expertise is involved early in campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Strengthen Matrix42's external visibility in priority markets, particularly Germany, while supporting growth across Europe.
• Shape the strategic role of social media within the wider brand and communications agenda.
• Provide focused internal communications support during significant organizational change.

Your profile

• Senior-level experience in brand, communications or corporate positioning, ideally within B2B technology or software.
• Proven involvement in rebranding, repositioning or major brand-development initiatives.
• Exceptional messaging and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technology into tangible customer value.
• Strong executive influencing and stakeholder-management skills, combined with the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Experience working in international environments.
• A collaborative approach, sound judgement and the ability to create structure and drive work independently.
• Nice to have: experience in enterprise software, ITSM/ESM, cybersecurity, European market expansion, media or analyst relations, or brand measurement.
