About You

The Affiliate Coordinator - Network Development Specialist is a junior, internally-facing role focused on growing and strengthening the PartnerStack Network — the marketplace connecting vendors with high-performing affiliates and partners. This role is less about managing external client relationships and more about the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the Network healthy: sourcing and vetting new partners, matching existing partners to the right vendor opportunities, and building the categorization systems and processes that make the Network easier to navigate and scale. You'll work closely with the Network Manager to support day-to-day Network operations, with a particular focus on partner recruitment, partner segmentation, and spotting emerging talent within the partner base before they become obvious.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

• Source and reach out to prospective affiliates/partners across relevant verticals to grow the size and quality of the Network
• Conduct initial vetting of inbound and outbound partner applicants against Network fit criteria
• Maintain a consistent outreach cadence and track pipeline of prospective partners from first contact through onboarding
• Review existing partner profiles (audience, content type, performance history, niche) and proactively identify good-fit vendor opportunities for them
• Support vendor onboarding by helping surface a shortlist of relevant, high-potential partners for new programs
• Develop and maintain a structured taxonomy for categorizing partners (e.g., by vertical, content type, audience size, performance tier)
• Build repeatable processes and lightweight tooling/tracking systems to keep partner data organized and up to date
• Assist the Network Manager with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks related to Network health
• Help prepare internal reporting on partner recruitment, categorization coverage, and pipeline of emerging partners

What we’re looking for

• Prior experience in a BDR, recruiting, partnerships, or affiliate marketing-adjacent role (internships welcome)
• Strong organizational instincts — comfortable building structure and process where none exists yet
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and initial-stage relationship building
• Detail-oriented, with an ability to work with data/spreadsheets to track and categorize information at scale
• Curious and analytical — genuinely interested in figuring out “what makes a partner successful” and spotting patterns before they're obvious
• Strong written communication skills for partner outreach and internal documentation
