Toplent helps companies scale faster by connecting them with exceptional remote professionals from SEA, LATAM, and South Africa. We are currently collaborating with a client who is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Virtual Assistant to join their team on a remote full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts
• Assist with preparing invoices, processing payments, and tracking expenses
• Generate financial reports and summaries to support business decision-making
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding billing and payment inquiries
• Maintain organized records of receipts, statements, and other financial documents
• Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and compliance-related tasks as required

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill.com, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• ‍ Self-motivated, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities independently
• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support roles preferred
