About the Role This key role will keep Ledgebrook 's recruitment process moving quickly and smoothly, from the first interview through to a candidate's first day. As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will own interview scheduling, chase feedback from interviewers, and support our internal and external recruiters across the US, Poland, and Ireland. You will also partner closely with our HRBP and People Operations team to make sure every candidate has a great onboarding experience once they've accepted an offer. You'll be someone who can run with limited information, stay organized under pressure, and keep everyone - candidates, interviewers, and recruiters alike - moving in the same direction. What You'll Do: • Interview Scheduling: Own end-to-end scheduling for all interviews, coordinating across multiple calendars, time zones, and interview panels to keep the process moving without unnecessary delays. • Interviewer Feedback: Work with interviewers to make sure feedback is completed on time, chasing where needed, so hiring decisions are never held up by an outstanding scorecard. • Pace & Process: Keep a close eye on every stage of the hiring process, proactively flagging bottlenecks and chasing the right people to make sure we move candidates through quickly and efficiently. • Recruiter Support: Support our internal and external recruiters based in the US, Poland, and Ireland with day-to-day coordination, admin, and process needs, freeing them up to focus on sourcing and candidate conversations. • Onboarding Handover: Partner with our HRBP and People Operations team to ensure a seamless handover from offer acceptance to first day, making sure every new hire feels set up for success from the start. • Candidate Experience: Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process, communicating clearly and promptly so every candidate - hired or not - has a positive impression of Ledgebrook . • ATS & Data Hygiene: Keep our applicant tracking system accurate and up to date, ensuring candidate statuses, interview notes, and stage changes are logged in real time. • Recruitment Reporting Support: Help pull together recruitment metrics and reporting, giving the team visibility into pipeline health, time-to-fill, and where delays are happening. • Process Improvement: Spot opportunities to streamline scheduling and coordination workflows, suggesting and helping implement new tools or approaches that improve speed and delivery. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and People Operations across multiple geographies, adapting to different working styles and time zones with ease. RISC-V CPU RTL owner will play a key role in developing next-generation CPU design. Key Responsibilities: • RISC-V CPU Unit Microarchitecture Specification: Define and develop microarchitecture specifications for the assigned unit (branch predictor, rename, instruction scheduling, vector execution, load/store, vector load/store support). The specification includes not only design, but also comprehensive analysis / strategy for verification and PPA (power, performance, area) closure. • RISC-V CPU Core Unit RTL Design: The candidate will be responsible for the quality of RTL including design verification and PPA closure. This includes writing RTL, reviewing / refining unit verification environment, applying right RTL optimization to control PPA. • AI Assisted Design Adaption: To maximize the team’s output, the candidate actively uses AI tools to accelerate the CPU design process. • Mentoring Junior Engineers: depending on a seniority of the engineer, the engineer may mentor junior members in the team. Qualifications: • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven track record of designing high-performance CPU RTL for x86, Arm, POWER, SPARC, or RISC-V. • Deep understanding of design verification strategy and trade-offs for verification methodology (simulation, formal, various checkers, etc…) • Deep understanding of CPU microarchitecture and PPA trade-off. • Basic understanding of RISC-V Architecture including V-extension is preferred. • Proficiency in hardware description languages (HDLs) such as Verilog, SystemVerilog or VHDL. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and across multiple disciplines. About the Role We’re looking for a product-focused Software Engineer II to join our fast-growing Experiences Engineering team. This is a full-stack role, leveraging Java, SQL, React, AWS and AI tools . It’s ideal for mid-level engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, shipping frequently, and working in a modern cloud environment. You’ll play a key role in building high-impact features that power millions of traveler experiences globally. You can expect a remote-first working model with periodic in-person gatherings at your closest office for team connection, planning, or other key moments. This position is open to candidates based within a commutable distance (generally up to 1.5 hours) of one of our office hubs in London, Oxford, Krakow or Lisbon. What You’ll Do • Drive Impact: Connect your engineering work directly to traveler value by owning features from design to deployment. • Shape the Product: Partner with product, design, and data teams to influence what we build, helping to define specifications and find the most efficient path to success. • Collaborate & Mentor: Review code, provide thoughtful feedback, and coach less experienced engineers to maintain a high bar for quality. • Innovate with AI: Use agentic AI as a daily partner to plan approaches, automate routine tasks, and focus your energy on solving more complex technical challenges. • Champion Operational Health: Take hands-on ownership of system reliability by building monitoring dashboards, managing alerts and support cases, and fixing underlying bugs to continuously improve service resilience and eliminate operational toil. • Build for Quality: Design and implement clean, maintainable solutions with a focus on performance, security, and automated testing. Skills & Experience We typically look for a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience, following a Bachelor’s degree or above in Comp Science or a related field. • Full-Stack Mindset: Experience developing web apps, including proficiency in a modern backend language (e.g., Java, C#, Go, Python) and familiarity with relational databases. • Problem Solving: A strong grasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms) and the ability to apply them to real-world distributed systems. • Data-Driven: A habit of using operational data and experiment results to validate that your changes had the intended effect. • AI Coding: you are fluent coding with either Cursor or Codex/Claude/Open Code. • Global Mindset: Ability to operate effectively within a global team, communicating clearly about progress and blockers. We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. However, we’re especially interested if you’ve had exposure to AWS, React, or NoSQL databases. More than any specific tool, we value curiosity and the ability to solve problems creatively. We value engineers from different technical backgrounds. You can complete our coding interview exercises in any language of your choice, but need to be open to working within the Java ecosystem when you join!
