About Blueprint Blueprint is a technology solutions firm headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, with teams across the United States. We help organizations turn complex challenges into meaningful outcomes by connecting strategy and execution across AI, cloud, data, product development, and emerging technology. Our culture is built by people who care deeply about doing exceptional work. We set high standards, take ownership, and continually challenge ourselves and one another to be better. We work hard, support each other, and take genuine pride in what we deliver for our clients, partners, and teams. At Blueprint , you’ll work alongside talented people with different experiences, expertise, and perspectives. You’ll have opportunities to take on meaningful challenges, expand your skills, and see the impact of what you build. Bring your perspective. Raise the standard. Build what matters. About the Role We’re looking for an AI Response Labeler / Annotator with deep expertise in Castilian Spanish and the cultural context of Spain . This is an AI annotation and evaluation role, not a translation or traditional localization position. Castilian Spanish expertise is an essential specialization, but it represents only one component of the work. You’ll evaluate AI-generated responses across a broad range of topics, tasks, and real-world scenarios. Much of the content, annotation guidance, and day-to-day work will be in English. You’ll perform side-by-side comparisons of responses generated by different AI models and determine which response better meets the user’s needs. This requires strong analytical judgment, the ability to interpret detailed guidelines, and the consistency to apply those standards across a high volume of evaluations. Successful candidates will be comfortable assessing content beyond language quality alone. You may be asked to evaluate factual accuracy, relevance, completeness, reasoning, instruction-following, clarity, safety, tone, and overall usefulness. What You'll Do • Perform side-by-side comparisons of AI-generated responses and determine which response is stronger. • Evaluate responses for factual accuracy, relevance, completeness, clarity, reasoning, instruction-following, tone, and overall quality. • Assess content written in English, Castilian Spanish, or a combination of both, depending on the assigned scenario. • Evaluate a broad range of content, including general-purpose questions and answers, web-search results, file-based tasks, image-based responses, content-generation requests, and single-turn and multi-turn conversations. • Apply Castilian Spanish expertise when evaluating language, terminology, tone, regional conventions, idioms, and cultural context specific to Spain. • Evaluate the complete quality of a response rather than focusing only on grammar, translation, or language fluency. • Identify subtle but meaningful differences between responses, including unsupported claims, incomplete reasoning, missed instructions, unnatural phrasing, cultural inaccuracies, and differences in usefulness. • Apply detailed, scenario-specific annotation guidelines accurately and consistently. • Make independent evaluation decisions when examples or guidelines don’t provide an obvious answer. • Document decisions clearly and provide concise, evidence-based rationale when required. • Complete evaluations within established time and productivity expectations without sacrificing accuracy. • Maintain consistent judgment across a high volume of varied assignments. • Participate in training, guided practice, calibration sessions, qualification reviews, and ongoing quality-review activities. • Incorporate feedback and adjust evaluation decisions to remain aligned with team and client quality standards. What You'll Bring • Native-level or professional fluency in Castilian Spanish. • Deep familiarity with the linguistic conventions, regional vocabulary, idioms, tone, and cultural context of Spanish as used in Spain. • Strong English fluency and reading comprehension, including the ability to understand complex prompts, AI-generated responses, and detailed annotation guidelines written in English. • Strong general analytical and critical-thinking skills that extend beyond language evaluation. • Ability to evaluate content across varied topics, formats, and task types. • Ability to assess factuality, relevance, reasoning, clarity, instruction-following, cultural appropriateness, and overall usefulness. • Ability to recognize subtle differences in meaning, quality, tone, and user intent. • Sound judgment when applying structured evaluation criteria to ambiguous or unfamiliar scenarios. • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain evaluation decisions clearly and concisely. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working within established time expectations. • Ability to learn and consistently apply detailed …

Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust. Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX , Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors. Join OLX and see how far you can go. Join Our Team as an AI-native Staff Backend Engineer! Join one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms, working remotely from Portugal. Are you someone who is craving scalable problems and dealing with optimizations? You'll work with a creative, critical, and well-organized team from the comfort of your house, but as close as we have ever been! You will play a key role in enabling our organisation to scale efficiently. Who we are looking for: • You can use agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent) as your default, not as a novelty. • You practice context engineering, not just prompt engineering; you design the full information architecture an AI agent needs to succeed: repo structure, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md configs, relevant code context, memory, and tool access. • You understand model routing trade-offs (e.g., when to use Haiku vs. Sonnet vs. Opus) and multi-agent orchestration. • Strong ownership instinct: AI output is a first draft, not a deliverable; you validate, refactor, and take full accountability. • You have strong Coding and Computer Science Fundamentals. Roughly ⅔ of your time will be hands-on technical work: designing solutions, steering and reviewing AI-generated code, developing new ideas, and reviewing others' contributions. The rest goes to cross-team influence, mentoring, and strategic alignment. • Strong background experience in Golang, Java/Kotlin (preferred technologies), and able to work with PHP. Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing project requirements, roles, and backend technologies as needed. • Scalable Systems Expertise. Experience with large-scale web applications, an economic-thinking mindset, and being able to design well-bounded future-proof domain systems, aligned with the business objectives. • Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational + NoSQL databases. • Big-picture thinker: aligns technical decisions with business strategy, influences without authority. • Clear communicator in English across engineering, product, and leadership audiences. • Self-starter who identifies what needs doing and takes initiative without waiting to be asked. • Skilled Technical Leader and Mentor: Guide and support engineers by setting a strong example. As a Staff Engineer, you are a role model, leading by example and through your expertise. What you will be doing: • Architect context pipelines for AI agents: curate what enters the context window (repo boundaries, domain knowledge, test outputs, CI feedback) so agents produce reliable, mergeable code, not just plausible code. • Prepare task specifications that are agent-actionable (clear acceptance criteria, referenced modules, explicit constraints) • Design and maintain agent-ready systems: well-bounded repos, comprehensive test suites as guardrails, CI/CD pipelines with structured output agents can parse and act on. • Serve as an AI Champion: join and strengthen our growing AI Champion community, contribute to workshops, curate effective agentic workflows, and mentor engineers on AI-assisted practices. Contribute to org-level AI tooling evaluations and OLX AI practices repositories. • Drive active migration from a legacy monolith to microservices, owning decisions on bounded domain decomposition. Working on making agentic workflows effective across a codebase whose boundaries are actively being redefined. • Set the bar for GraphQL API design, RESTful contracts, database schema, and CI/CD quality across the tribe. • Work with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems, propose initiatives, and drive impactful technical direction without direct authority • Guide senior engineers in managing and reducing technical debt with AI as an accelerator, not a shortcut. Our Hiring Process: • Recruiter Interview • Head of Engineering Interview • Live Coding • System Design Our Benefits • Permanent contract • Salary + annual bonus up to 20% of your annual gross salary • Work with and impact all OLX websites around the world • Train and conference budget, and free access to Udemy courses • Health insurance and life insurance • MacBook Pro or a …

Content Marketing Manager

V

About Product VyOS is an open-source network operating system that provides an all-in-one platform for network management. Built on Linux, VyOS integrates powerful routing, firewall, VPN, and network services into a unified system. Unlike traditional networking hardware, VyOS can be deployed on a wide range of platforms, from physical routers and cloud environments to virtual machines, giving users flexibility and control over their network infrastructure. The key strength of VyOS lies in its comprehensive feature set. It supports dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP), multiple VPN types (IPsec, OpenVPN, WireGuard), firewall rules, traffic shaping, and more - all configured through a unified command-line interface (CLI) familiar to network engineers. Its ability to scale across various environments makes it popular with organizations seeking open-source networking solutions. Job description The Content Marketing Manager owns the content lifecycle end-to-end: planning, writing, editing, publishing, and measuring. Today, content publication at VyOS requires a web developer; this role closes that gap. The Content Marketing Manager works directly in the headless CMS (DatoCMS) and blog platform (HubSpot), turning drafts, customer interviews, and product updates into published pages without engineering involvement, executing the content strategy, messaging, and campaign priorities set by the Head of Marketing. Reports to: Head of Marketing. Responsibilities Content production and publishing • Run the content production and publication calendar across all web properties: main website (DatoCMS), blog (HubSpot), and social channels, executing against priorities set with the Head of Marketing. • Write and edit blog posts, product/solution pages, landing pages, and email content. Draft press releases to the Head of Marketing's messaging; final messaging and release approval stay with the Head of Marketing. • Publish and maintain content directly in DatoCMS using the Marketing Editor role: create records, manage assets, use draft/preview workflow, publish. No coding required; schema changes remain with the web development team. • Own the customer Success Story pipeline: interview coordination, drafting, customer approval loop, publication (landing page + PDF + social announcement). Content operations • Act as the marketing-side owner of CMS content quality: image sizing and alt text, metadata, slugs, structured fields, internal linking. • Coordinate with the web development team when content requires new page templates, blocks, or schema changes — write the requirement, not the code. • Maintain content governance: what lives where (website vs. blog vs. docs vs. knowledge base), avoiding duplication across properties. SEO / discoverability • Own on-page SEO for marketing content: titles, meta descriptions, headings, structured data fields exposed in the CMS. • Contribute to answer-engine optimization (AEO) efforts: content structured for LLM/AI-assistant consumption. • Monitor content performance (GA4, Search Console, HubSpot analytics) and produce a monthly content report with actions. Distribution • Repurpose long-form content into social posts, newsletter items, and community forum announcements. • Coordinate publication timing with product releases, events, and campaigns. Cross-functional • Translate engineering and product material into accurate, readable marketing content; verify technical claims with engineers before publishing. • Support sales with content assets: one-pagers, comparison pages, battlecards. Requirements Skills • Hands-on experience with a headless CMS (DatoCMS, Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok, or similar) — comfortable working in structured content models, not just WYSIWYG editors. • Native-level written English; ability to edit technical drafts from non-native speakers into clean prose. • Working knowledge of on-page SEO and web analytics (GA4, Search Console). • Ability to read technical documentation and hold a credible conversation with network engineers about what a feature does — you do not need to configure BGP, but you must not misdescribe it. • Self-directed; comfortable in a distributed team using Jira, Confluence, and Slack. Experience • 3+ years in content marketing or content management for a technical/B2B product (networking, infrastructure, developer tools, open source strongly preferred). Nice to have • Networking/IT industry background or certifications (e.g., CCNA-level familiarity). • Experience with HubSpot (blog + email + CRM). • Experience in open-source communities (forums, GitHub-adjacent content, community announcements). • Basic Markdown/HTML literacy; familiarity with Git-based workflows. • Experience producing customer case studies including interview and approval management. Work Conditions and Compensation Fully Remote Work: This 100% remote position allows you to work anywhere. Flexible Work Schedule: We offer a …
