Job description
At Replicant, we believe AI should work for people, starting with customer service. That’s why we built a platform that helps contact centers resolve more requests, proactively identify issues, and improve agent performance with AI-powered conversation intelligence and AI agents that act like your best reps.
Our AI agents handle millions of calls every month for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth innovators. From processing payments to booking appointments and authenticating users, they help customers get what they need instantly, 24/7. Meanwhile, our real-time conversation insights help contact center leaders coach better and improve every interaction.
We’re leading the shift from legacy systems to AI-first service, powered by large language models (LLMs) and designed for enterprise scale, security, and empathy. If you’re excited by the potential of LLMs, voice AI, and building category-defining technology with a kind, ambitious team, you’ll love it here.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Field and Partner Marketing Manager. This role is critical to help us engage contact center and customer experience leaders in places they go to network and learn, while driving joint co-marketing initiatives with key channel partners. You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact trade shows, VIP activations, and partner campaigns with the goal of building our brand, expanding partner networks, and driving qualified pipeline for our sales team.
This role will report into the Director of Demand Generation.
What you’ll do
- Drive Quality Pipeline & Revenue: Lead strategy, planning, and execution for high-yield trade shows and conferences, and partner initiatives focused on generating qualified pipeline that ultimately closes as won deals.
- Stand-Out Event Experiences: Help Replicant stand out in a crowded space by bringing high creativity, innovation, and unique experience design to our trade shows and field activations.
- Serve as the Sales & Marketing Bridge: Work lockstep as a strategic partner to Sales and BDR teams by actively listening to field feedback, sharing market findings, and coming to the table with proactive ideas to reach pipeline targets.
- Full-Funnel ABM Mindset: Bring an account-based lens to field execution, collaborating closely across Demand Generation leadership (who own our overarching 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM strategy) to extend target account programming into field events, build top-of-funnel momentum, and prevent mid-funnel deal stagnation.
- Demand-Focused Partner Marketing: Drive joint co-marketing plays with key channel partners, applying a sharp demand generation lens to market "to and through" partner networks to create qualified pipeline.
- GTM Orchestration, Strategy & Hand-Offs: Own the overall field event strategy, event calendar, and budget, while leading end-to-end program briefs, project management, and GTM communications—architecting pre-, during-, and post-event execution plans that eliminate ambiguity for BDR/AE follow-up.
- Performance Tracking & RevOps Alignment: Partner closely with RevOps to measure program impact from ideation to post-mortem, utilizing dashboards, GTM Buddy widgets, and evidence-based reporting to track lead progression and SAO conversion.
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years of experience in a field and events marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced B2B technology and SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of holding direct accountability for field-sourced pipeline targets, cost-per-SAO efficiency, and event ROI.
- Demonstrated success co-designing and executing "to and through" joint demand generation programs with channel partners, consultancies, or tech alliances.
- Experience working with external vendors (event agencies, design, event supply chain, and trade show organizers) as well as Revenue teams.
- A proven track record of conceptualizing and executing impactful field marketing events, trade show presences, and conferences.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and account-based strategy, paired with a drive to continuously innovate program strategies.
- Proven experience executing joint partner marketing programs with consultancies, tech partners, and channel alliances.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a process-first mindset.
- A goal- and data-oriented mindset with deep accountability for program performance and revenue impact.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute quickly, manage project briefs, and stay several steps ahead.
- Outstanding communication skills, acting as an empathetic, proactive bridge between Revenue and Marketing teams.
For all full-time employees, we offer:
In-person connection that counts: company-wide offsites and smaller team gatherings designed to make remote work feel personal
Tech & learning stipend: Conferences, books, courses — interested? …
