Job description

With hundreds of new salons being added to Treatwell every month, the Marketplace Content team is responsible for creating and optimising these profiles to attract customers to the marketplace and allow a salon to easily manage its business.

You’ll be connected to all areas of the business, from Supply and Customer Experience to Product and Technology, to ensure our salon pages are created and maintained with all the relevant information.

You love to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into data entry, with a keen eye for detail, while also enjoying opportunities to develop and improve our customers' journey to find the perfect salon for them to book.

Reporting to one of the Marketplace Content Team Managers, you’ll be working in an international team where we enjoy the opportunity to work and learn together in an open, courageous and inspiring environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and optimising salon profiles on our marketplace to attract customers, which includes a price list, opening hours, venue description, photography, etc.
  • Revising your own work and actioning quality checks before publishing information online
  • Adhering to Treatwell’s ‘tone of voice’ and brand guidelines
  • Developing new skills in our CRM tool - Salesforce, to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process
  • Supporting our product teams and other internal stakeholders with translation/transcreation
  • Identifying and overseeing new improvements to be made to support the team in automating processes

Requirements

About you:

  • Native level of Italian
  • Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, Lithuanian.
  • Highly proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Critical thinker, seeking opportunities to solve problems and identify efficient ways of working
  • Self-motivated with loads of initiative and curiosity
  • A meticulous eye for detail with strong organisational skills, able to work towards tough deadlines
  • Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • You are based in Barcelona, Spain.
