- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams across design, research, analytics, and related player experience functions.
- Deep understanding of player behavior, user experience, live operations, and data-informed decision-making.
- Strong understanding of qualitative research and quantitative analytics, with the ability to translate insights into clear priorities and strategic direction.

- Ability to think beyond a single product and design for interconnected player journeys across games, services, and platforms.
- Experience balancing company-wide strategy, standards, and governance with project autonomy and execution needs.
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
