Technical Product Manager - Hotel Supply & Connectivity

Global Hotel is lastminute.com group's hotel sourcing and distribution division, managing direct contracts with 23,000+ hotel properties worldwide. We operate sophisticated B2C distribution through the group's consumer brands and are expanding our B2B capabilities through strategic partnerships and technology platforms.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own supply-side and connectivity products within Global Hotel. This is a deliberately technical product role: your product surface is APIs, data flows, integrations, channel connectivity, extranet and internal supply tooling. It suits a product manager relatively early in their product career who is strong technically and wants to go deep on hotel supply and distribution, you are used to lead initiatives end to end, and embed AI deeply in your workflows, from automation, data analysis, to build working prototypes .

Important: this is a technical platform and supply-facing product role. The products you own are APIs, connectivity, extranet and internal operational tooling that serve our B2C brands and support strategic B2B initiatives. This is not a consumer-facing UX/UI product role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the backlog and delivery for one or more supply and connectivity product areas (channel connectivity, extranet, internal supply tools).
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear specifications.
• Manage day-to-day prioritisation and trade-offs to keep delivery moving.
• Run continuous discovery with internal supply, operations stakeholders, and connectivity partners
• Drive your team prioritization and roadmap, with sharpening reasoning and foundation, that facilitates alignment across your area, and company
• Define success metrics and KPIs for each product initiative.
• Analyze connectivity performance, content quality, booking conversion and operational efficiency indicators to inform prioritisation.
• Collaborate effectively across distributed teams in Europe and Asia.

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years in Product Management, or an equivalent technical or analyst role transitioning into product, ideally with exposure to B2B, platform or integration products.
• Genuine technical acumen: comfortable with APIs, data flows and system integrations, and able to hold credible technical discussions with engineers.
• Analytical and data-driven, comfortable with SQL or able to learn it quickly.
• Curiosity about hotel supply and distribution and a clear desire to specialise on the technical, supply-facing side of product.

Desirable

• Exposure to hotel distribution technology (channel managers, GDS, OTA integrations, property management systems).
• Experience with supply-side, platform or internal-tooling products rather than consumer UX.
• Proficiency with extracting insights from data
• You are deeply curious, and keep yourself updated about the latest trends, and news in the hotel business
• You are AI proficient, and know how to embed it in your daily work, from creating ways to automate, be more efficient, to data analysis, and capable of building working prototypes end to end.
