Technical Lead (f/m/d)

Your mission

Lead an outstanding engineering team

• Coach engineers through regular 1:1s and continuous feedback
• Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration
• Support hiring, onboarding, and professional growth
• Remove blockers and help your team perform at its best

Own delivery

• Translate product goals into realistic engineering plans
• Break down complex initiatives into well-defined work packages
• Scope, estimate, and prioritize work together with Product
• Balance quality, speed, and business impact

Shape technical direction

• Drive architectural decisions within your team
• Maintain high engineering standards through reviews and mentoring
• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Contribute hands-on to features, refactoring, and production issues

Collaborate across the organisation

• Align with other Technical Leads and Product Managers
• Coordinate dependencies across teams
• Share knowledge and continuously improve engineering practices

Drive AI-first engineering

We believe AI fundamentally changes how software is built.

You'll:

• Use AI daily for implementation, code reviews, testing, debugging, documentation, and architecture
• Continuously improve engineering workflows using AI
• Coach your team in adopting new AI capabilities
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and establish best practices

Your profile

Technical Experience

• 5+ years of professional backend or full-stack development
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Experience building scalable SaaS products
• Comfortable working in cloud-native architectures
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 APIs is a plus
• Experience with F#, or strong C# skills and genuine motivation to learn functional programming

You have already led an engineering team and enjoy helping people grow.

You know how to:

• scope and estimate complex work
• prioritize effectively under changing requirements
• balance technical debt with product delivery
• make pragmatic engineering decisions
• keep teams aligned and accountable

Most importantly, you lead by example and remain hands-on.

You naturally integrate AI into your daily engineering workflow and actively help others become more effective. You're curious, constantly learning, and excited about redefining modern software development.
