Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company whose brands have been operating in over 220 source markets since 2010. We specialize in developing advanced online booking platforms for all types of clients — from individual tourists to travel agents and companies organizing business trips. Our solutions empower hoteliers to effortlessly showcase their accommodations, boosting visibility and attracting a broader audience.

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates residing in Serbia and CIS.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain e-learning courses using Articulate.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Collect, organize, and analyze learner feedback to support continuous improvement of training materials.
  • Translate learning materials.
  • Keep training materials accurate, up to date, and well-organized.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline routine tasks, including translation, content structuring, formatting, and other content-related activities.

Requirements

  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher — you'll be expected to confidently work with learning materials in both English and Russian.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow tasks through to completion — this role requires accuracy and a careful approach to every aspect of the work.
  • A good eye for design and visual presentation , with the ability to create clean and well-structured materials.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma .
  • Strong communication skills — you'll collaborate with learners, teammates, and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Experience using AI tools and a willingness to incorporate AI into your daily workflow.
