Job description

Who Are We?

Welltech is a global wellness technology company with Ukrainian roots. Our mission is to build and scale wellness apps globally through state-of-the-art, tech-driven performance marketing.

We are one of the most established players in the wellness app space, and we are accelerating. Over 25.5 million people across the world use our apps — Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit — to build healthier habits, move more, and feel better every day. Every subscription represents a real person making a real change in their life, and we take that seriously.

With 500+ people across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, we combine the scale of a market leader and the drive of a team that's just getting

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We spend significantly on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, and those platforms optimise only as well as the conversion data we send them. Signal quality is a performance lever for us, not a maintenance task. In this role, you’ll own how conversion events reach every ad network, whether they arrive complete and on time, and whether a change we make actually improves campaign performance. You'll work at the intersection of performance marketing, tracking implementation and privacy, partnering with Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, and directly with representatives from Ad Networks.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing & signal optimization — Partner with ad platform representatives to improve conversion signals, assess platform changes, investigate signal-related performance issues, and design measurement approaches for signal/tracking experiments.
  • Ad network S2S integrations — Design and maintain conversion pipelines for ad networks with support from the Data Engineering team. Ensure timely, deduplicated, and high-quality signal delivery.
  • New ad platform onboarding — Set up and launch integrations with new ad platforms, covering conversion signal delivery and reporting data feeds for Marketing
  • GTM management — Manage GTM releases across multiple web properties. Design event architecture for data layers.
  • Signal quality & monitoring — Monitor Meta EMQ, pixel and CAPI diagnostics, deduplication, Google Ads conversion diagnostics, Enhanced Conversions, click ID capture, and offline conversion uploads. Build monitoring and alerts for errors, latency, coverage, and discrepancies.
  • UTM & Attribution — Maintain UTM parameters and campaign naming conventions and ensure correct attribution.
  • Reporting & analytics — Build ad-hoc and monitoring reports for conversion values, bidding performance, signal delivery, and funnel metrics. Define Signal Engineering metrics.
  • Marketing datasets — Build and maintain custom marketing performance datasets

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of experience in ad tech, martech, digital measurement or marketing technology
  • Hands-on with Google Tag Manager, both client-side and server-side
  • Experience with conversion APIs — Meta CAPI, Google's equivalent, or similar — and server-side event delivery
  • Strong understanding of browser-side and server-side tracking, and what breaks in each
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least one ad platform, including campaign types, bidding strategies and conversion setup
  • Comfortable working operationally with data and SQL — able to query it, diagnose issues and verify signal quality without depending on an analyst
  • Experience partnering with performance marketing/user acquisition stakeholders and ability to explain complex measurement concepts to performance marketers in plain language
  • English at B2 or above, written and spoken — you'll hold relationships with Meta and Google representatives directly

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with value-based bidding, predicted LTV, or conversion value optimisation — especially for subscription products
  • Understanding of privacy, consent management and GDPR-compliant tracking
  • Familiarity with incrementality and holdout testing (Meta or Google Conversion Lift, geo-experiments) to validate whether signal changes actually moved performance
  • Background in high-growth consumer subscription, e-commerce, marketplaces or gaming
  • Experience with Google Tag Gateway or first-party serving setups
  • Experience with first-party data activation or CDPs
