(Senior) GenAI Engineer (f/m/d)

Cologne (hybrid) or Berlin (remote) | Permanent Contract (Full-time)

Your Key Responsibilities:

In our AI Solutions Team , you’ll play a key role in developing the intelligence that drives our Products, Services, and internal Processes forward

• Build production-ready GenAI systems : Train, fine-tune, and deploy models for business-critical use cases like churn prediction, content generation, and trust scoring. Take full ownership of end-to-end AI solutions
• Develop autonomous AI agents : Design agents that make informed decisions, interact with users and systems, and integrate with tools and data sources using modular logic and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Implement advanced RAG & multi-agent systems : Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, AgentCore, or Strands Agents
• Create scalable AI services : Package models into reusable APIs and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, REST APIs), making AI capabilities accessible across teams
• Integrate with enterprise platforms : Connect AI solutions with HubSpot, Salesforce, proprietary tools, and other systems for seamless workflow automation
• Ensure reliability, explainability & compliance : Deliver trustworthy, transparent, and compliant AI solutions aligned with company values
• Leverage cloud-native architectures : Work with AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/Fargate) or other cloud platforms to build scalable AI pipelines
