Senior BE Developer

To expedite change, we are looking for a senior backend developer to join our ranks. You will be working with professional and talented people and get to help real people - farmers - while fixing the environment.

Our CTO Andres, who has been with us for nearly 8 years, will be your manager for this position. We can best describe him as a hands-on leader, with a passion for people, which shows in his team’s high scores for employee satisfaction.

Must-haves

• strong experience with back-end architecture and databases
• experience with automated testing
• a problem-solving aptitude and a need to get things done
• experience with Ruby-on-Rails
• fluency in English
