Job description

Resend is growing fast, with over 4 million developers now using the platform. We're looking for a Recruiter to help us source and hire bar-raising team members as we build Resend for scale.

You will proactively source candidates to continuously increase our funnel talent density, own the full-cycle recruiting process and cultivate a stand-out talent brand and community.

You will work closely with our Chief of Staff, Founders, and team to bring the best candidates into our talent network and create a positive and memorable candidate experience.

This role is fully remote based in UTC-8 to UTC0 timezones, with some expected travel for team offsites, conferences, meetups, and more.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

  • Build and source a talent community strategy that proactively attracts high-caliber talent to our hiring pipelines
  • Orchestrate the full-cycle recruiting process from applications to screens to offers
  • Continuously improve recruiting infrastructure, including scoring rubrics, interview plans, and communication systems
  • Increase talent brand awareness through social media channels, team engagement, and community events

YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting; or technical roles with a pivot into recruiting
  • Must have worked for 2+ years in-house within a scaling startup environment
  • Ideate unique and creative sourcing strategies tailored to each role
  • Actively engage with and understand engineering culture and developer communities
  • Care deeply about candidate experience for every person who interacts with our brand
  • Are fluent in written and spoken English

YOU WILL BE AN EXCEPTIONAL FIT IF YOU ALSO...

  • Have experience at dev tooling or software infrastructure companies
  • Are an active member of startup or engineering communities
  • Understand what it takes to scale from 50 to 100+ headcount at pace while maintaining strong values and culture
