Job description
- Participate in infrastructure and environment architecture planning
- Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
- Build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based environments
- Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot production infrastructure, networking, and application delivery issues
- Support and maintain existing environments
- Implement infrastructure security best practices, secrets management, and access control
- Collaborate closely with development teams on infrastructure-related topics
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend new technologies and practices
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Good knowledge of YAML pipelines, reusable templates, approval gates, and Azure Repos governance
- Experience managing Linux and Windows build agents and Azure Artifacts feeds
- Practical experience with Terraform and/or Ansible
- Strong scripting skills with Bash and Python or PowerShell
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and application security principles
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management solutions
- Experience managing TLS certificates and secure infrastructure configurations
- Understanding of least privilege, network segmentation, and isolated environments
- Experience troubleshooting production systems and participating in incident response
- Upper-Intermediate English level
WILL BE A PLUS:
- AWS experience with EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and VPC
- Experience with AI infrastructure or LLM-powered services
- Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic APIs
- Experience monitoring and supporting AI workloads in production
- Experience integrating AI-related automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Practical use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
- Knowledge of AI-related data protection and audit logging practices
