Job description
Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams.
We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer , who wants to grow in a modern, AI-driven development environment .
This is not a traditional junior developer role. We are looking for someone passionate about Fullstack Development , but also genuinely curious about AI tools, automation and agentic workflows - someone who already uses AI naturally to learn faster, automate tasks and improve the way they build software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js;
- Support the development of APIs and backend services with Node.js;
- Participate in the implementation of new features and improvements;
- Collaborate with product and design teams;
- Explore and integrate AI tools into development workflows;
- Support the creation of automations and AI - assisted solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar;
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Fullstack or Software Development;
- Knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs and databases;
- Strong motivation to learn and grow as a Fullstack Developer;
- Proven hands-on experience with AI projects (academic, personal or freelance);
- Experience building or experimenting with AI agents, agentic workflows or AI-powered automations;
- Responsibility, teamwork, and proactivity.
Nice to Have
- Open to joining through a Professional Internship is a plus;
- Experience using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor or Claude;
- Familiarity with AI APIs and agent frameworks;
- Interest in prompt engineering and workflow optimization;
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or DevOps concepts.
