Company Overview:
Join a leading and fast-growing Forex broker with a strong presence in the financial markets. As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Partnership to lead our partnership initiatives in Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand the company's network of IBs (Introducing Brokers), affiliates, and institutional partners.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and business growth.
- Manage existing partners, optimize their performance, and maximize revenue generation.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and compliance teams to align partnership initiatives with the company's overall business strategy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adjust partnership strategies accordingly.
- Analyze data and KPIs to assess the performance of partnership programs and implement improvements where needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and business development meetings.
- Ensure all partnership agreements comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
