Job description
As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in our company-wide Data & AI transformation. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and scaling of our new modern data platform, enabling analytics, BI, and future AI use cases across the organization.
Working alongside Data, BI, and business stakeholders, you will:
- Build and maintain reliable data pipelines using Databricks.
- Contribute to the architecture and modeling of our enterprise data foundation.
- Develop high-quality, well-tested transformation logic, ensuring consistency and reusability.
- Enable company-wide BI by delivering trusted, documented, and performant datasets to analysts and product teams.
- Optimize data workflows for scale, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Help define engineering standards, best practices, and documentation across the data platform.
- Support onboarding and evangelization of modern data practices across the organization.
You have:
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Hands-on experience with modern data stack components.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling.
- Familiarity with Python for data processing and pipeline orchestration.
- Knowledge of cloud data ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP), warehousing, and distributed data processing.
- Good understanding of CI/CD, version control, and environment management for data workflows.
- Experience working with BI teams and enabling analytics use cases.
- A mindset focused on quality, reusability, and long-term maintainability of data assets.

- Curious and eager to learn new tools & technologies.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams: BI developers, data analysts, IT teams, and business experts.
