We operate at the intersection of technology and entertainment, building innovative solutions that shape the future of social gaming and deliver outstanding experiences to millions of players worldwide.

We're driven by speed, ambition, and bold ideas. At our core, we're product creators and problem-solvers who thrive in a high-performance environment. What you will be doing

  • Define and execute the CMS vision and strategy, aligning with broader business objectives and gaming content needs

  • Collaborate with game development teams, designers, and content creators to ensure seamless content workflows
  • Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into development tasks and manage the product backlog
  • Lead user testing initiatives to refine features and enhance CMS usability and performance
  • Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement

What we are looking for

  • Strong product management background with CMS or related software products, preferably in gaming
  • Solid knowledge of CMS platforms with understanding of core functionalities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical actions
  • Outstanding communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Genuine passion for gaming with insights into game mechanics and player behavior

Why you will love it

You'll be at the heart of content innovation, directly shaping how millions of players experience our games. In our high-pace, high-growth environment, every challenge becomes a chance to sharpen your skills and push boundaries—with continuous opportunities to stretch yourself and advance your career. You'll collaborate with talented teams built on ego-free collaboration, where your input genuinely counts and you're supported to grow alongside like-minded people. Taking ownership of impactful projects means you'll build leadership skills while driving real initiatives, and you'll see the direct, meaningful impact of your work as our games reach players worldwide.

Equal Opportunities Statement

We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas—nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us. We also welcome candidates from non-traditional career journeys and value diverse perspectives that challenge conventional thinking. Diversity fuels our innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can contribute their best work and thrive.
