AI-Driven Senior Product Manager Web (m/f/d)

Why we are looking for you

Pincamp is evolving, and we are looking for a pragmatic, AI-savvy Product Leader to spearhead our web experience. We don’t just need a process manager; we need a "builder" who breathes the camping lifestyle and has a proven track record of integrating AI to solve real user problems.

You will lead our UX/Design team and serve as the bridge between our core European markets (DE/NL) and cutting-edge technology. If you have a "Can-Do" mindset, thrive in agile startup environments, and want to redefine how families book their outdoor holidays using AI, then this is your role.

What you can expect

• AI Integration & Innovation: You will own the AI roadmap for Web. This means moving beyond talk—you will implement AI-powered search, personalization, or automation features that provide a tangible competitive edge.
• Web Ownership & Strategy: You lead the product strategy for our Web platform, ensuring a seamless booking journey for our campers and mobile home travelers.
• Team Leadership: You lead and mentor a team of 3 UX/Designers, driving a culture of high-output, user-centric design.
• Cross-Functional Sync: You are the key collaborator for our other internal powerhouses. You will align daily with the B2B Systems & Data team and the App team to ensure a unified ecosystem.
• Localized Excellence: You take full ownership of the user experience for our primary markets, Germany and the Netherlands, ensuring the product feels local, trustworthy, and relevant.

What you should bring

• Experience: 4+ years in E-commerce Product Management, with a clear history of leading design-heavy web products.
• Proven AI Experience: You have significant hands-on experience implementing AI/LLM-based features in a production environment. You understand how to leverage AI to enhance the user funnel and aren't afraid to experiment.
• Language & Market Expertise: You are fluent in German or Dutch (Native or C1 level). You understand the nuances of the DACH or NL markets. Internal communication is in English, but your focus is on winning our local markets.
• Pragmatic "Can-Do" Mentality: You come from a startup or hyper-growth environment where speed and pragmatism beat rigid processes. You are open to input, iterate fast, and focus on delivery.
• Domain Passion: You have a genuine connection to camping, travel, or the "Mobile Home" lifestyle. You know what a family needs when planning their most important time of the year.
• Stakeholder Mastery: You are an expert at navigating a matrix organization, working seamlessly with technical teams (especially Data and B2B Systems) and App product teams.
