We are expanding our team and looking for a Back Office Professional (f/m/x) who wants to support our operations and contribute to the successful execution of our business processes.
As part of our Trading Operations Team, you will gain valuable experience at a dynamic and fast-growing energy company while supporting essential back-office activities that help drive our mission forward.
Ready to make a difference? As part of our team, you will
- Prepare and maintain customer and contract data for invoicing processes
- Support invoice validation and reconciliation activities
- Assist Trading Operations with risk mitigation and operational tasks
- Contribute to process improvements and data quality initiatives
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Trading, Operations, Finance, and other business functions
- Support the preparation of reports, analyses, and operational documentation
