AI Graphic Designer - Performance Ads

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an AI Graphic Designer focused on performance advertising to create high-volume static ad creatives for DTC and e-commerce brands.

This is a hands-on production role. You’ll work from creative briefs developed by a Senior Creative Strategist and turn them into multiple polished, ready-to-test static ad variations.

The ideal candidate understands that performance creative is not just about making something look good — it needs to stop the scroll, communicate an angle quickly, and be built for testing.

You should be comfortable combining AI-generated imagery with strong traditional design skills in Figma, Photoshop, or Adobe tools.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create high-converting static ads for Meta and other paid social channels
• Turn creative briefs into multiple visual directions and ad variations
• Produce new creatives at high volume every week
• Use AI image-generation tools to speed up production and expand creative testing
• Refine AI-generated visuals with strong typography, composition, retouching, and layout
• Adapt winning concepts into new hooks, formats, audiences, and visual variations
• Work closely with the Senior Creative Strategist and performance marketing team
• Iterate creatives based on campaign performance and feedback
• Maintain a fast, organised, repeatable creative production workflow

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience creating static paid-social ads, ideally for DTC or e-commerce brands
• A portfolio that includes actual advertising creatives, not only branding, websites, or organic social content
• Experience producing multiple creative variants quickly
• Understanding of direct-response and performance creative principles
• Strong hands-on skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar professional design tools
• Practical experience using AI image-generation tools in commercial creative production
• Strong visual judgement in typography, composition, hierarchy, product presentation, and image editing
• Ability to follow a creative brief accurately while still making strong execution-level design decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where new creatives are shipped continuously

STRONG PLUS

• Hands-on experience with Higgsfield
• Experience with tools such as Midjourney, FLUX, Nano Banana / Gemini, Firefly, Krea, or similar AI image-generation workflows
• Experience working with beauty, health, supplements, wellness, apparel, or other DTC consumer brands
• Experience creating ads for brands operating at meaningful paid-media scale
• Familiarity with creative testing, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and performance-driven iteration

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within your first months, you’ll become a reliable owner of static-ad production: turning briefs into a steady weekly flow of polished, testable creative variations without requiring heavy day-to-day involvement from the wider team.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys making and iterating creatives at speed, rather than owning media buying or overall creative strategy.
