About project

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant for our Polish client, a company specializing in delivering comprehensive IT solutions across various business sectors. Their systems are used by both Polish and international organizations.

This is a direct placement project - not outsourcing!

Responsibilities

• You will be participating in ERP system implementation projects in Poland and abroad, supporting clients throughout all stages of deployment and ensuring successful system adoption;
• You will be delivering user training sessions, helping clients effectively use the Epicor Kinetic ERP system in their day-to-day operations;
• You will be creating Business Intelligence (BI) reports, providing valuable insights that support business analysis and informed decision-making;
• You will be modifying and configuring the Epicor Kinetic system using Low Code / No Code technologies (optional), delivering tailored solutions that meet clients' business requirements.

Requirements

• Educational background in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly those supporting manufacturing processes;
• Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes is considered an advantage;
• Good command of spoken and written English (B1/B2);
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries is considered an advantage.
