Job description
- Develop and maintain high-quality desktop application components using modern C++
- Implement scalable multithreading and concurrency solutions
- Analyze, identify, and resolve performance bottlenecks in complex desktop systems
- Participate in modernization and refactoring of legacy codebases
- Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver stable and efficient solutions
- Contribute to software quality improvements, debugging activities, and system stability initiatives
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development workflows and accelerate implementation activities
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices initiatives
- 5+ years of commercial experience in C++ software development
- Strong expertise in modern C++ standards including C++14/17/20
- Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, debugging, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with desktop application development
- Practical experience with Qt
- Experience working with Make, Conan, and MSVC
- Experience with CEF integration
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and development workflows
- Experience working in regulated software environments
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- German language skills
