Wearecurrentlylookingforanexperienced SAP IT Project Manager tojoinanimportantSAPS/4HANAtransformationinitiativeforoneofourinternationalclientsinthemedicaltechnologysector.
Abouttheproject
YouwilljoinaglobalSAPS/4HANAprogramfocusedonthetransitionfromSAPWMtoSAPEWMacrossmanufacturingfacilitiesintheCzechRepublic.
Theprojectiscurrentlyenteringacriticaldesignphase,wherefuturewarehousemanagementprocesses,handlingunitconcepts,warehouseautomationrequirements,andimplementationroadmapswillbedefined.
As the SAP IT Project Manager, you will lead the design phase together with business stakeholders, ensuringalignmentbetweenbusinesstransformationgoals,SAPstandardizationstrategy,andenterprisearchitecture.Youwillberesponsiblefordrivingprojectplanning,governance,stakeholdercoordination,andpreparationofthefutureimplementationroadmap.
Thisisanexcellentopportunitytoplayakeyroleinalarge-scaleinternationalSAPtransformationinitiativewithinaglobalmanufacturingorganization.
Yourresponsibilities
- LeadtheSAPdesignphasetogetherwiththeBusinessProjectManager
- Ownprojectplanning,scope,timelines,resourceallocation,andriskmanagement
- Coordinateandfacilitatedesignworkshopswithbusinessstakeholdersandsolutionarchitects
- Drivealignmentacrossmanufacturing,finance,andITteams
- Manageexternalpartnersandinternalstakeholders
- Ensureeffectivegovernanceandcross-functionaldecision-making
- Defineimplementationroadmapsandprojectdeliveryplans
- Maintainprojectdocumentation,decisionlogs,andgovernancerecords
- EnsurearchitecturedecisionsaredocumentedandalignedwithglobalSAPstrategy
- Supportbusinesscasepreparationandfutureprojectplanning
- Preparetheorganizationforsubsequentimplementationphases
