Project Coordinator

Gennep | €2.626 – €4.911 | 40 hours | Hybrid

As a Project Coordinator in Gennep, you will play a key role in optimizing processes and implementing new solutions, including setting up new customer accounts.

In this position, you combine analytical thinking with a hands-on approach. You work closely with System Specialists, Operations, Account Management, the Quality Department, and our customers. You support the development of change requests, continuous improvement initiatives, and new customer implementations, translating these into clear project plans.

You ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the agreed scope and budget, while continuously driving operational improvements. In addition, you work closely with our IT departments, monitor project planning, and set priorities based on input from various stakeholders.

You will become part of a fast-growing and innovative logistics organization where technology, international customers, and process optimization are at the heart of everything we do. Using systems such as SAP, JIRA, and MasterControl, you will contribute directly to impactful projects within our Healthcare division.

YOUR ROLE

As a Project Coordinator , you are responsible for initiating, coordinating, and successfully delivering improvement and implementation projects within our operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Initiating improvement projects together with customers and operational teams.
• Coordinating priorities for the Business Support team and our IT departments regarding system incidents, testing, and change requests.
• Analyzing business processes and translating findings into process flows and project plans.
• Coordinating project execution while monitoring timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Aligning with internal and external stakeholders and reporting project progress to the Business Support Manager.
• Presenting project results and process improvements to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be part of an enthusiastic Project & Support Team , consisting of System Specialists and Project Coordinators. You will report directly to the Business Support Manager and act as the link between strategy and execution.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment. You know how to connect different stakeholders, set the right priorities, and maintain a clear overview at all times.

In addition, you have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience within warehousing, 3PL, or contract logistics.
• Proven experience in process optimization and project management; PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP , JIRA (preferred), and MasterControl (preferred).
• Experience working in a Healthcare environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of the English language . Dutch language skills are considered an advantage.
