Reporting to the Director, Clinical Operations & Strategy, the Senior Program Manager, Dedicated Workplace Teams is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for owning the operational design and delivery of a dedicated workplace program for a strategic customer. You will translate customer commitments, clinical and operational needs, and program performance into measurable outcomes and scalable operating mechanisms. This is a build-and-run role: you will diagnose complex problems, determine the right methods and plans, align senior internal and customer stakeholders, lead execution across interdependent workstreams, and strengthen the systems that sustain results. This is a full-time, remote role. Travel is required and is expected to be up to 20-30%.
What you'll do:
- Own the end-to-end operational strategy and execution for a dedicated workplace program, translating customer goals, program performance, and internal constraints into clear priorities, success metrics, and delivery plans
- Lead complex, cross-functional workstreams across Clinical Operations, Customer Success, Analytics, Product, Marketing, and other partners; independently determine the approach, drive decisions to closure, and deliver durable outcomes
- Establish program health mechanisms - including performance dashboards, operating cadences, decision and RAID logs, dependency tracking, and escalation paths - so leaders can manage proactively and the customer experience remains reliable
- Analyze program performance and stakeholder feedback to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities; develop evidence-based recommendations and lead the implementation of improvements
- Design and implement scalable processes, workflows, governance, and tools that improve execution, accountability, readiness, adoption, and the member and customer experience
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to senior customer and internal stakeholders, adapting communication and recommendations to influence complex decisions and balance customer needs with operational realities
- Lead customer readiness and change-management efforts for program launches, new ways of working, and material changes, including communications, enablement, feedback loops, and adoption measurement
- Own executive-ready business reviews and program narratives that clearly communicate performance, insights, risks, tradeoffs, decisions needed, and expected impact
- Anticipate downstream risks and dependencies, surface tradeoffs early, and drive practical mitigation plans through resolution
