What you will do:

• Set and enforce operational standards across the agency - utilisation, billability, capacity, and data governance
• Own the weekly resource allocation meeting with full decision authority, not coordination
• Build and maintain the capacity planning and data intelligence model (Scoro-driven)
• Deploy operational tools and solutions into Client Service and Delivery workflows
• Report operational performance and data insights to the CEO on a monthly basis
• Drive the AI/automation roadmap in partnership with the Systems & Automation Specialist
• Challenge inefficient staffing and scoping decisions with data, ensuring EBITDA contribution
• Manage and develop a team of 3-4 FTEs within the Operations function
• Establish the agency's single source of truth for utilisation, margin, and capacity data
• Lead the Implementation Roadmap across three phases: Foundation (months 1-3), Standardisation + Early Automation (months 3-6), and Acceleration (months 6-12)
