Client Funds Management Assistant

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Remote Client Funds Management Assistant to support private investors through the client lifecycle. In this role, you’ll help coordinate and complete client onboarding, assist with initiating and tracking fund transfers, maintain accurate operational documentation, and communicate with your assigned supervisor to ensure smooth, compliant day-to-day workflows. You’ll work with internal systems and assigned operational processes related to investor portfolios and capital allocations. This position is highly trusted and requires professionalism, organization, and accountability. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and eager to learn. Cryptocurrency experience is a plus but not required-strong willingness to learn and follow procedures is essential. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
